The worst experience! Made an appointment for a simple oil change for 3pm on the phone! When we arrived they tell us we do not have an appointment and they are not accepting any more cars because they close in 3 HOURS!!! really? I told them who I spoke to but it did not matter because they were too rude to listen! I called to speak to a manager and guy on the phone tells me he IS the manager, when i proceed to complain, he tells me he IS NOT the manager and his manager is at lunch! The staff has no idea what they are doing or how to talk to people! very rude! Will never get any services done there and believe it or not, Im still waiting to hear back from the manager! zero stars!

As many ppl said, the Indian guy with the glasses in the front is one of the worst I have seen. I am not going back just bcs of him. btw that appointment system s completely broken. I had a 12 o clock appointment and I went he did not even care to check. He said I need to wait for 3-4 hours there. I asked him if I could come back but he said no to that, so making an appointment is of no use at all. On top of that, you have that rude Indian guy

DONT GO HERE, dropped the car off at 4:30, came back 6:15 the idiot mechanic working on 6/20 had no idea what he was doing, said my wheel lock didnt fit. Told me I wasted his time, real nasty a**hole, went in my car, grabbed a socket that fit in 2 seconds. Mechanic said he could do it, they closed in 15. Guess he had to go home and put vagisil on immediately. Do not come here!!!

If you want your time wasted go here. Their customer service system is completely broken. Long lines when youve scheduled an appointment in advance. Failure to contact you when your car is complete. And an extra 45 minutes because your time is not important to them. lesson learned ... go somewhere else.

The manager, Indian guy with glasses, is the rudest person I have had the displeasure of talking to. He was unfriendly, rude and unhelpful. All I asked was if he had certain tires in stock and he looked at me annoyed and told me to wait until the cashier opened up because he was too busy

Then worst place ever went to Sears for a new tire waited 6 hours for them to do it
