I will never go there again. I was recommended by a friend to go to them. I originally went for a what I thought was an ignition problem, they checked it out and said it was a starter problem, Informed them it was brand new, the owner said for me to go back where I bought it from and get another one, this one was defective. I had the receipt so that what I did. while his mechanic was looking around the starter under the car which was up on a lift, I was informed I needed ball joints, of which I already knew, so I had them put in, it was a good job done, but as I went to take off, to go home and exchange the defective starter, I started the car and I immediately saw I had a gear problems, the car started in neutral, I went home because I had sat there ALL DAY, so I got home, when I tried to backup, it backed up in drive, and the car was still weaving all over the road, they call it "Hunting and Wandering" on Rt.130 inches from those huge trucks. The next day I took it back again 8:30 in the morning on RT. 130 and told them about the gear problem they fixed it, after the person at the desk said they didnt do either thing , it was my fault, mean-while the car is still "wandering and hunting all over the road, which was never a problem. I had to sit and wait at the very least 4 days from 8:30 am, on rt 130,(huge trucks) for 5 or 6 hours to get my wheels aligned, 3 times time they did it, it was not right. I Finally took my car out of their hands, I had to take it to some one else to align the wheels. I read other peoples reviews, why in the world did I have to go through all of that crap. I WILL NEVER EVER go, or recommend them to any one.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Every time I come to this place, I die a little more inside. The workers here are nasty and rude and just give you the worst kinds of attitude. First thing in the morning, middle of the afternoon, last thing at night, doesnt matter when you come in. Someone shat in everyones breakfast and ruined their whole day every single time. If I can complain to some kind of accreditation service or anyone that will look into this place and remove their license to work, thats what Im going to do after I finish posting this. Their rudeness here knows no bounds. I am trying to never come back here again and I would suggest any and all to avoid this place too.

I had a very good experience at this repair shop I went there since my check engine light was not going off. Nick at the desk immediately took a look at my car and within few minutes reset my sensor and I was on the way again. He asked me to come back if the light came back for additional tests. The light came back again and I went back. Nick was very helpful, courteous and professional throughout. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Worst place ever....nasty customer service...the guy that pick up the phone wont even wait to hear what you want....then hangs up before you are done speaking to him....my husband is the type that have patients and can tolerates alot..."but this place is a joke". Will never go back just because of their attitude.
