Okay Im new to New Jersey and I own a 2006 Mercedes Benz R350, okay my air springs was leaking (straight panic mode) , I had to google some mechanic shops that can work on a Mercedes, okay found Precision called and Lauren is the best, she walked me through what was going on and told what might be the issue. Okay had AAA come and tow my car to them, I meet Felipe and Sandy, also Charlie was awesome, They took their time and explained what was going on and also looked to see what else might go wrong, Theyre family oriented which I love and you can chill and talk to Lauren all day, She has a beautiful baby girl , if anyone would ask me , they would get all the business that comes my way. My car is running smoother than before, not to mention the other mechanic I was taking my car too was just and prick (I guess) . Please if you need a mechanic your car is definitely in excellent hands. Thanks so much for the Love

The family over at Precision Auto Center is fantastic. The mechanics there are all very friendly and polite and the owner Felipe is the most knowledgeable and confident mechanic I have ever met. He and his team brought my old 1987 Mercedes-Benz 300TD back to life twice, in the same day; if I could award them with a metal I really would because they actually care about you and your car. Right from the first day I went there the whole team acted like they had known me for years, you cant replicate that at a dealership! They are truly building themselves on the style of business that works best, put your customers first, and the money second and let me tell you that model works well because the shop is always packed. I had been to my fair share of garages over the years but again nobody as confident as Felipe have I ever encountered, and his team of passionate ASE mechanics are genuine and love what they do.

A real fraud. Took my sons 1999 Mercedes 300D for a brake repair after spending $600 the month before on a parts replacement and countless more hundreds over the years at Precision. This time we were told the breaks (rotors and pads) had 80% life left but we should replace a worn tire. I took the car from the shop directly to Dean Tire in Morristown.. The rear driver side tire was removed to reveal "metal on metal" - no pad left. Precision contended the noise we heard was due to a "pebble"that got lodged under the brake pad. Tire guy said car is extremely dangerous and cannot be driven. Such a horrible revelation! Go elsewhere.

What an amazing Experience. I use to take my Mercedes Benz ml350 to get serviced at the dealer and always left with my wallet smaller but this shop its totally different this family takes customer service seriously they are very welcoming and go and beyond to ensure everything is done right the 1st time so you can avoid the back and forth. I love the family charm of this place everyone is friendly From Felipe - To Sandy and Lauren - if youre looking for a solid independent German Mechanic this is the place to go. I will continue to come to this shop and recommend them to my family.

I own 7 Mercedes Benz with the newest being a 1995 A124 Cabriolet and the oldest a 1984 R107 380SL. My daily driver is a 1992 W124 300E Sportline. Older generation cars require a good independent shop and Felipe maintains and repairs my cars in great shape. My last visit included some cosmetic touch ups and an odd squeek in the rear of the car going over larger bumps. Considering these are Mercedes, it always seems like Precision provides great value for my dollar spent.

I took my Honda Pilot to Precision about a week ago to be looked at for an overall diagnosis and they were nothing but helpful! I was able to make an appointment for the very next day to have my work done. Felipe and his crew were all very nice and professional. Lauren took her time to go over everything with me and was very helpful. I had a great experience with Precision and will be taking my car back there to have other repairs done!

EASIEST dropoff/pickup (NJT too) - GREAT service Super knowledgeable, Precision offers preventative maintenance above and beyond what dealerships do, at roughly half the price. Three months and several long trips later still running beautifully. They will dropoff/pickup from at least a half hour radius or the Denville NJ Transit train station. Highly recommend this family business that understands customer service and delivers!

These guys are just fantastic!! I brought in my late model CLK that was having some evap issues (which is the most annoying system in any car) and they not only efficiently diagnosed the problem, but had me back on the road in no time. Definitely worth the trip! You simply do not find many mechanics like this!! Honest, trustworthy and thorough!!

i brought my mercedes their, his wife was nasty and very rude. he gave me a ridiculous price for some simple repair. i also brought my car in the morning for a oil change i came around 6pm he didnt even do the oil change. i would never do business again i recommend to people to go somewhere else. bad people bad business.
