The instruction, coaching, training and support is world class from the best professionals in the business. Jason and Wendy Reo are top notch and anyone that joins will not be disappointed. Best Crossfit gym in the area hands down! I have dropped in to many other classes and have not found anything better than this gym. Wendy and Jason make sure that you are doing everything the right way and take the time out to teach you everything you need to know. You wont find anything better in the area!
