I love all the "Tribe" girls and classes Ive tried here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, its seriously like working out with your friends and/or family. I also do Small group personal training with Hilary, and I cant say enough about her! Her level of fitness is amazing, her routines are always so innovative, and she is always so happy, positive, energetic, helpful, and most of all encouraging... everything you need a trainer especially when you really dont LOVE to work out ;) Both the classes and working with Hilary have made fitness actually FUN for me . It is now something I look forward to! Definitely give this place a try! You wont regret it!

I have been going for about 3 month now. I love the staff and the women that go. I enjoy going for a work out. I am currently doing personal training and classes. The teachers keep you motivation and wanting to come back!
