I have used Tiger Garage as my regular mechanic through at least 4 cars by now. The service has always been excellent--the estimates are honest and not inflated, the work is of good quality, and the owner is a remarkably nice person. They diagnosed (and fixed for free!) a problem on a new-to-me car that had taken me back to the dealer under warranty 7(!!!) times. The dealer could not seem to fix the problem though they changed a large number of useless things, but Rick got it in one, made a simple change, and voila! no more "check engine" light for me. I am and will remain a loyal customer.

my exhaust pipe was disconnected between the converter and the muffler, so I took it to the nearest shop, which was Tiger Garage. The mechanic talked to me briefly, walked right out, got on the ground to look at the car, and recommended I go to Midas or Meinenke, since TG doesnt do welding, and thats what he felt I needed, unless i wanted to buy an expensive part. It was a very brief experience, but he was fast, attentive, ultimately correct, and didnt try very hard at all to pump me for cash. And he got none. So I gave him this Google review instead.

Poor experience.. very expensive, and arrogant mechanic. I had a problem with the driver side window. The motor had failed and needed replacing. He wanted to charge me 300$, way too expensive, and when I tried to negotiate the price, he threw components into the car and had me leave. I got it done at a dealership for 150$ including labor. I would not recommend this garage for any sane person.

Competent workmanship at a reasonable price. I recently had a transmission failure on my vehicle and wanted to swap in a replacement unit from a junkyard rather than pay a dealer to rebuild mine. The manager was willing to accept a customer purchased part and installed it. I was back on the road within a week and the cars driving fine.

It was a pleasure to meet an honest mechanic who did not changed parts in my car that was not necessary, so he did not overcharged me, who worked fast and was flexible and open for my special requests. I will be worth to me to drive from Pennsylvania to have my car fixed with Tiger Garage in Princeton in the future. - A Mazda 3 owner
