Came in this morning for four tires (went with the new Firehawk AS) and an alignment. Ended up needing front brake work as well. Mike, the associate at the desk, was very polite and professional. He gave me a nice discount on the brakes and I was pleasantly surprised by his honesty. Decided to buy new tires because our relatively new Toyo Extensas were becoming incredibly loud and rough riding. Mike came out and asked why I was replacing them because they still had a good amount of tread. In other words, he wanted to make sure that I understood that new tires may not be necessary! Called at 9:30 am, scheduled an appointment for 10:30, and my vehicle went into the bay right away. I was there for around three hours, only because the tires had to be delivered and we kept adding additional work. Every time I glanced over, someone was working on my car. Clean shop, top notch staff - professional, courteous, and honest. I will return to this location.

This Firestone outlet uses dishonest business practices, specifically the "bait and switch." I tried to get an oil change yesterday, but was told to schedule an appointment and the cost would be $40. I returned for the apt, and spoke to a different employee, who told me I would be getting a synthetic oil change and this would cost me over $68. He refused to honor the $40 quote and refused to use any other oil than the synthetic. The money wasnt terribly important, but the dishonesty bothered me. Firestone has been reported to the Better Business Bureau, and I suggest that others with similar problems do the same.

Horrible Experience, I have a front wheel drive car and I explained to the Manager there exactly what I needed done. I told him the tires that were on my rear remove them put on my 2 new ones and place the rear tires to the front of my car. Finally I said move the currently placed front tires to my rear. When I came to pick up my car the new tires were in the rear AGAIN my car is FRONT WHEEL DRIVE, and the ones I told them to discard were in the front and ONE if them are leaking thats why I told them to discard the tires. I wouldnt recommend this Firestone to anyone they do not listen to the customer at all.

I have no idea why people have complaints about this Firestone. Ive been there several times for brakes, tires, oil changes, and state inspections. I always get a fair price, helpful service, and with an appointment get in and out quickly. If my vehicle does have to be left there for long, I can always ask for a ride home, and pick-up when done. And most importantly, I never feel like they are trying to fix something not broken or suggest something to be repaired that doesnt really need to be repaired.

The WORST. Do not take your car here. Had $1,750 worth of service done here and had to take it back the next day to re fix things. Staff is horrible, except for the guy I brought it back to the following day, but he could probably tell I was mad on the phone....over priced, labor prices are ridiculous and after the fact I had numerous people tell me I should have never gone to Firestone because they had the same issue, even in other cities/states.

I go there constantly. Would never take my car anywhere else! Vishal is extremely friendly, knows you by name. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sent a friend there, assisted with tires for over an hour to find them the right tires, never once made him feel "rushed", until they found him the tires he needed on sale!

Service sucks .. They got me to come in for quotes without telling me on the phone prior theres a fee to diagnose every specific problem.. $99 to diagnose a problem I already had confirmed through my dealer.. And none of that which can be put to the actual repair!! They stink

The worst service center. My car was so perfect before I visited this service station. I just had oil change and now I have too many problems in my all new car. The worst of all, my gas mileage decreased from 21 to 14. Never go this service station. Worst mechanics, rude staff.

i got my new tires - front end alainment- state insp. on sunday ed was great took my f 150 in at 9am had it back 6pm quote was right on the money. ed didnt have the tires i wanted but he got them with one ph. call . great job guys.

Few months ago I had a leaking tire, drove by and decided to stop in before they closed, despite being close to closing time- the two gentlemen helped me out and fixed my tire quickly and efficiently! Great service!

Told them to put 2 new tires on the front wheels and rotate the current wheels from the front to the rear.....they did the exact opposite.......complete morons here...
