There always seems to be a wait in this place. Dont know if they are understaffed or not, but I do know that in my years in customer service both as a Service Advisor and as an Assistant Service Manager if I had behaved the way the girl did that waited on me today I would be unemployed. I needed a simple battery (Cr2032) for the remote to unlock my car. First, she insisted I take the remote apart knowing that I didnt have any tools to do so. Then she offered me a tiny POS phillips screwdriver and said that was all she had. After I got the remote apart and showed her the battery she points to where they are just below the counter. I got the impression that this girl was trying to make me feel like an idiot. In her defense, she did offer me something to cut the plastic container that the battery came in. I will say this, while this store is close to where I live, that I will never shop there again. The Customer Service is HORRIBLE. You dont try to make people feel dumb. I happened to be tired when I stopped there as I get up at 2am every day for work and had no tools on me. And after all that I discovered that all I had to do was resync the remote to the car. Now both remotes and keys work 100%. Whatever I cant get from Rock Auto, Ill get from my local Autozone. The people are much more helpful and Friendlier there.

Horrible service, I returned my purchase because it was pure garbage, but they refused to return my money even though I followed all of their criteria. I had my receipt, it was less than 30 days and it was in the original packaging. They told me they couldnt refund my money because the purchase was open ! How else am I to know the quality of my purchase without opening it ? I will NEVER go there again ! Theres a Autozone and a Napa store nearby - On My Way !

Customer Service is horrendous. There would be a line of customers and 1 employee working and the other employees doing other thing. Employees do not know what they/you are talking about and give the feeling they do not want to look anything up. Be prepared to look everything up yourself prior to entering the store.
