I originally came to Hamilton Honda because my parents needed a new car. I had been looking for a new car, but it wasnt imperative that I buy one immediately. I had loyalty points with other dealerships, so it was going to be a hard sell for Hamilton Honda, because I had money to put toward a vehicle at other dealerships that I didnt have at Hamilton Honda. My parents were happy with their experience, and they purchased a new V6 Accord EX-L. Their sales associate was Daniel Balling. They were very happy with his service, and I had had nothing but good experiences with him when I came with my parents. Dan was great. He knew the cars inside and out. He answered all of our questions about the cars without having to go look something up. Dan was honest even to the point of not selling an accessory that he didnt think fit our needs. He never tried to pressure us into buying the car, and he never gave us anything but a smile when we asked him to run the financing numbers in five different ways on three different cars. After my parents purchased their car, I went back to Dan to look at a Civic EX. He was just as friendly and accommodating with me and my fiance as he had been with my parents. Regardless of the money I could get off other cars, I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic EX Sedan from Dan as much as I purchased the car from Hamilton Honda. Dan, working with Anthony Lidondici, a Sales Manager, did everything to get me the best possible deal on the car I wanted. There were no games or high pressure tactics. What I saw was what I got. When I took delivery of the car, Dan made sure that he went over the car from nose to tail with me. There was no question that he didnt answer, and he made sure I understood everything about the car before I drove off the lot. Even after delivery, Dan has remained in touch to follow-up with me to make sure that I am satisfied with the car and to answer any questions. In addition to the great sales staff, Hamilton Honda service has been great. I went back twice so far (once for an aftermarket accessory and once for my registration and license plates). I was always greeted with a courteous member of the service department and never had to wait. This is all over and above the great hours of the service center and the ability to get express oil changes, general vehicle inspection, or a car wash whenever I want just by visiting the Hamilton Hondas Express Service. I am very happy with my Civic so far. Its my first Honda, but I would absolutely go back to Dan Balling and Hamilton Honda for my future car purchases. Hamilton Honda has "Let us exceed your expectations" written right on the wall. Dan and the rest of the staff at Hamilton Honda certainly exceeded my expectations.

I just terminated my lease on a Civic which we were previously considering on buying. We went to Toyota after having terrible customer service with this dealership. I needed my car serviced, but no longer lived in the area and at the time was really inconvenient to come in to Hamilton for service. I called to ask if the service would be covered as it has been if I went to another Honda dealer and was told it would be. I was then charged for my service. It took me a month to finally get a hold of someone to speak to me, not through voicemails and was basically told I should have known better. Then I was contacted about the upcoming end to my lease, which should be done 6 months prior to the end, but was done at about 2 months. My husband and I had questions regarding the end of the lease and even the possibility of upgrading to the CRV, but we could not get straight answers form anyone or most of the time get an actual person on the phone. One day my husband called and asked to speak to a person and was directed to voicemail 10 times straight. Thats right he called 10 times in a row to try to get a living person on the phone to answer his questions! The receptionist told him, "Im not allowed to leave my desk". When he finally did get a hold of someone, he was asking if we could bring the car in over the weekend to return it, ending our lease one month early. The staff member snapped at him about how we signed a contract when we had already spoken with the end of lease consultant, where she brought up the possibility of ending the lease early. My husband told him this and he backed off. When we turned in the car, the process was quick, but what we witnessed with another salesman was appalling. There was a family looking at a car in the showroom next to the desk we where we were completing our paperwork. The salesman asked what options were important to them and they said a navigation system. He then told them it would bump up the price and said to the woman, who Im assuming would have been the primary driver, "youre young and there will be many things in life you will have to compromise." Later we heard him ask the family what country they were from, which happened to be India, and told them "we have lots of Indian customers." He also started telling the members of the family, "you look Indian, but you dont and you look Dominican." I couldnt believe the insensitivity of this man. My husband and I were shocked. None of this is good business practice and we were completely offended. I am so glad to be done with this dealership and I will NEVER go back again!

Ive owned many a cars and never had a dealership treat me this good. The service departments on prior places from Chevy , Dodge, Toyota, Pontiac, and the others I have walked in and looked around and asked questions still didnt match the services I get from Hamilton Honda not even free oil changes even if I buy the car from them. The others places doesnt even wash my car when I have service nor do they fill my washer fluid antifreeze or check my tire pressure, the small details. I know this cause I watch what they do. Even when I show up for my appointment Im standing there and after 3minutes no one even says a word. I been to different Hondas dealers in NJ and this one when they first opened I was impressed. Im recognized the minute I pull in and when I step out the car the mechanic gives me a stub and I head inside give my info, and I watch when they take it in they are doing a multi inspection and adding fluid or checking tire pressure and no charge to me, its FREE. There is a concession stand and hot food and small tables to eat your food. A place to watch TV on both sides and a room & another room with 3 computers to dibby dab on. Im not trying to sell you nothing here I work across the street in the post office. This is my 4th Honda but purchased 2 from here cause they wasnt around when I brought the other 2. If my car needs service they offer me a loaner of course I make an appointment so one is there when I bring it in. Here is the kicker, other dealers when I did this such as I have mentioned had enterprise pick me up and they paid for the rental but I was charged $5.00 a day for state tax plus the fuel so $20 for the gas & five days till my car got fix $25. total $45. out my pocket. I dont mind the fuel but that Tax thing. Hamilton Honda Loaners all I pay is for the gas I used. I have the opportunity of making acquaintanceship with workers there. I just brought my wife a new vehicle on 8/1/15. Like anything else they did what they had to do & I did my thing & we came to good & fair trade on my 2006 Honda odyssey trade in and my wife took the CRV-Touring and they didnt have to sweeten the deal with certain products they added to the vehicle for her not me. Sometimes things goes wrong but they will do there best to correct it & it happen to me and they corrected it. Down the line the next person will be for my daughter. Well here is a shout out to Jose Velez, Luke Haug , Robert Hernandez, Zach, & Michael Perri. Jessica, Keep up the Good work. (CUS) Yours Truly David Cruz Bordentown NJ
