Good Tires. That is all. The wait time is horrendous. The guy in the front who took "care" of me named Richard, was not completely honest with me and rude on the phone. At first he said they didnt have the time to do an inspection (rudely), and then his coworker said, "we have an hour left, and the mechanic will be done with his current job in 15 minutes so we can fit him in". This right off the bat told me All Richard wanted to do was get out of there instead of help the customer with an inspection an HOUR before closing (maybe he wanted to close early, I dont know). After 20 minutes, He told me I failed my inspection because of my tires, so I wanted to look at the tires and hear the explanation from the mechanic myself. My tires were worn, and after hearing the explanation from the mechanic I specifically asked both him and Richard if the tires were the only reason that I failed, they BOTH said yes. As Richard and I went back to the front, he assured me that with new tires installed and if came back on Sunday I could get my inspection passed. Under the premise that the tires were the only reason I failed as they told me, I bought their $150 tires. Richard also kept relentlessly insisting that I pay the $70 dollars to have them put the tires on when I have a guy who will do it with balancing and everything for $30. It wasnt until AFTER the fact that I purchased the tires that Richard told me "he just noticed I failed emissions because my sensors werent ready to be read" because of a part I previously replaced that required me to disconnect the battery. They ripped off my sticker and sent me home. I called them the next day, and Richard picked up. Richard was rude when I explained that my check engine light finally came back on. When I told him that I wanted to get my diagnostic at FORD then bring the car to firestone with the diagnostic to get the car fixed, he insisted that his diagnostic was better than FORD moter companys, the company that made my car, which is a blatant lie (and the point when I realized he wanted to rip me off) to make a hundred dollars for a diagnostic and whatever bull he would come up with that didnt need to get fixed. This was one of the most disgusting experiences Ive had at an auto shop.

I called at 8:50 A.M. and asked if there would be a long wait to replace my front brake pads. I waited on the phone while they checked with service manager, and I was told that if I came right in, there was no wait. I showed up at 9:00 A.M. I asked if I could get an inspection sticker in addition to brake pads... No problem right? At 10:00, one hour later, they pull my truck onto the ramp and take the tires off. At 11:30, tires are still off and no work has been done. At noon, 3 HOURS after I got there, I saw them take my truck down and pull it around front. Great! I thought... Because they didnt seem very proficient in their work, I decided to take a look at the truck before paying my bill. Great idea, they had FORGOTTEN to put my inspection sticker on. I let them know immediately and it took them 30 minutes to get my truck back in the garage! Then a guy comes out and asks me it I would like them to remove my old sticker. OBVIOUSLY, I thought! So at 1:15, over FOUR HOURS LATER, Im all done. I made a small complaint about the wait, and they said that they were very busy. I told them that that was why I called ahead. No response to that. Once I get in my truck to leave, I notice my old inspection sticker was only partially removed. My four year old couldve done a better job. The only worker there that had a good attitude was a man named Lewis at the front desk. I will never go back, and I warn you to stay away!

GOOD PEOPLE!! i had a slight issue with my vehicle after getting four tires and an alignment done. I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT, which everyone should, and they got my car in right away. they checked the balance and found one tire way off due to my rim being warped and fixed it. being a technician myself i am completely anal about my vehicle and i voiced a concern about my lugnuts being on too tight.. not only did they explain and show me their procedure but they even let me torque the wheels down myself just to reassure me.. any other shop would have told me to go f%*k myself and i really appreciate them taking the time to put my mind at ease.. i do most of the work on my car myself, but anything i cant do (etc tires) i will bring here from now on. the service manager, louis, is one of the best ive ever dealt with and their techs are top noch. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!

You can make an appointment but youll have to wait all day to get your car back. The manager will tell you off if you refuse the services they try to push on you (even if youre a mechanic). Just went in again, paid for an inspection and for them to top off fluids and they didnt give me my inspection sticker and did not top off any fluids. One week after their oil change, my car is leaking oil!!! Had to go to my dealership and they said that firestone did $300 worth of damage and have pictures to prove it. Will be looking to be reimbursed and I will NEVER go back!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!! about 6 months ago i had my tires done. All was well til i needed brakes and we do them ourselves. When we go to take off the lug nuts, they were on so tight we broke 2 tools and 3 nuts. After we bring it there to take them off they charged $138. They claim its a requirement to put them on so tight...no its a requirement to put them on so tight so we have to come back so they can do the work and charge too much. My family has gone there for years and now we have to find a new place! Never will I ever recommend them.

We hit a nail on our drive home on a Saturday afternoon and the tire pressure sensor went on; luckily this location was open so we stopped in to have things checked out. The guys at the front desk and in the garage were all great, and they took the car in right away. They discovered a nail but there was no leak (awesome news). Better yet, because they didnt need to do a leak repair, they didnt even charge us to remove the nail. The whole process took about 20 minutes.
