I have purchased 2 cars from Kia within the last 2 years. That process was wonderful! This poor review is due to the service department which is quite frustrating to deal with (the service department reps are nice and helpful but the length of time spent waiting with an appointment is ridiculous). On two occasions, even with an appointment both times, I spent 2 hours waiting for an oil change. JUST AN OIL CHANGE. Both times it was almost an hour and a half after my appointment time that the finally brought the car in to do the oil change. Whats the purpose of even accepting appointments if it takes that long? I understand maybe you are a little behind schedule so maybe 30 minutes before you can get me in but any longer than that, at least have the decency to warn people with appointments that you are running very behind schedule rather than having us sit there wasting time. If I was warned, I would have gladly rescheduled for another day first thing in the morning. Then the final straw was when they ordered a new tire for us, we made an appointment at 130 to get it put on. At 315 when I called to find out what was taking so long (I was told it would take about 40 minutes to change the tire when I booked the appointment), I was told the wrong tire arrived. When I asked what took them so long to realize it, they said they only took the tire off 5 minutes before I called. So the car sat there for an hour and forty minutes AFTER our appointment time before they finally pulled it in to do the work?! Again, why accept appointments if you cannot stick to them even closely? And why dont you warn people with appointments that you are running way behind schedule? Again, it wasnt an emergency so I would have gladly rescheduled for another day. So we wasted 1 hour and 45 minutes before they even realized it was the wrong tire just for us to have to wait for the new tire to come in (again) and go through all of this again. The car sales reps are great but the service department needs an improvement. Signed, a very frustrated, disappointed, loyal customer.

I just finalized a lease on a 2013 Kia Sorento from Matt Blatt Kia. I have leased or purchased many cars over the years. I must say, this was the most pleasant, most personalized new car experience I have ever had! My sales representative, Jim Kelly, listened to my needs, treated me with a tremendous amount of respect, and worked extremely hard to make me happy. I am not the type of person that responds well to being pressured to purchase a car. Never at any time was there even the slightest amount of sales pressure put on me to buy this car. Jim took the time to understand what I was looking for and allowed me the time I needed to make my decision. Once I decided on the Kia Sorento, Jim worked tirelessly to find, within the Kia Dealer Network, a car with the specific combination of options and color choices that I requested. In addition, Tom McClelland and team allowed me the flexibility that I needed in the lease terms. Once the car was located and the terms agreed to, delivery of the car took less than 1 hour and was completed without even the slightest hint of pressure to purchase any additional dealer add-ons. Just like that, I was on my way in my new car! In short, Jim Kellys patience and hard work made this the best new car experience I have ever had. I will not hesitate for a second to return to Matt Blatt Kia, and in particular Jim, for future purchases and strongly suggest that others interested in a new Kia do the same.

Honsetly I rarely write a review but this dealership is worth it ! This has been my second time back 1st car was for my husband and the 2nd trip was for a car for me. I have worked with Geremiah both times and I have not been disappointed. Each time there the staff has been friendly, helpful, patient, and fair. Both times i have brought both of my children, 5 and 7 very much a handful (lol), and even they were treated with patience and kindness. They were asked what they thought of each car, given snacks/drinks, & given things to occupy themselves (drawing/the computer to play games on). They didnt even mind looking for cars & that is a feat. As for the prices I have done alot of shoppiong around via the web, newspaper, and visiting other dealerships. This place beats any other honorable dealerships prices. The cars are under marked and of amazing quality. You can probably find a car with a cheaper sticker price elsewhere BUT you are going to definatley run into hidden cost (dealership fees/ "w/ downpayment" fees) and or mechanical problems. I speak from experience and not a pleasant one (went to a dealership in NY). I do recommend checking this place out if you are looking for great pricing & great cars. They are upfront and honest which is wvery hard to find these days. They will be where I go to do all of my business & I always recommend my friends and family shop here. they dont always listen but that is there loss.

A few weeks ago my Grandparents saw a beautiful Dodge Ram at Matt Blatt Kia in Egg Harbor Township. In May of 2015 I purchased my 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid there from Santino, who did a wonderful job helping me out and did not try to sell me anything I did no want, so since I was so pleased with my service, I encouraged them to go check the Dodge out at Matt Blatt Kia! They ended up going and meeting a new car dealer there, named Mark Brodwater aka Moose. Since I love the hype of buying new vehicles, I decided to join my Grandparents while making their sale. Well let me tell you something, Moose is a wonderful sales person. He jokes, he knows what he is doing and the best thing he make you feel comfortable! You do not even realize you are at a car dealership and we have been to some places where the salesmen were rude and did not even want to listen or be social. With the hard work and the great communication between the employees the sale of the Dodge Ram went through. I will say I have never seen my grandparents so comfortable when purchasing a vehicle. If you ever want a good laugh and a good easy sales experience, go see Mark aka Moose on 6211 Black Horse Pike, EHT, NJ!

From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we knew it was going to be a good experience. John "Siggi", greeted my father and I at the door holding an umbrella due to the nasty weather even offered us one. John really listened to what I wanted and what I could afford. He didnt push the sale but instead only suggested those cars that met my needs and wants both look and financially. He was patient and very professional. John answered any questions that I had and if he didnt know the answer he was quick on finding out for me. Buying a car is very nerve wracking. With my financial concerns the process I thought for sure was going to be long drawn out and very stressful. However, this wasnt the case at all. With the help of John, I found the car I love. He worked long and hard with Michael to make sure I was going to walk out with my car. Yay, my car! I didnt think I was going to be able to say that with my credit issues, but Mike and John made it happen!! Thank you guys so much for all you did. It was greatly appreciated. I owe you.... I will be passing the word on as to how great Matt Blatt of Glassboro is!!
