Nice guys but completely incompetent. Theyre parts jerks: they dont really ever know whats wrong with your car, but will replace parts until it is fixed. Meanwhile, you pay for all those parts. But what does anyone know about cars, especially since they rarely give a written estimate? Its really too bad these guys are so inept, because there are so few mechanics in the TriLakes area with a good reputation.
