I have used Monro for over 11 years at the Malone NY location and they have never let me down. They are fair and reasonable, and excel in customer service. The management has changed several times, but all have gone out of their way to fit me in when there was a need. At this time I am preparing to bring my Jeep in to have them replace the starter. They were my first phone call when the car wouldnt start and I know, in fact have been assured of a very short turnaround when I am able to bring it in. I spoke to Josh today and he gave me an estimate which he is keeping on file until the car arrives, with no pressure about when that might be. I appreciate that.

Rude..walk in with 5 tires to have them mount and balance my rear tires and spare..doesnt confer with me about which tires are going where and puts my truck on the lift with the tires still in the bed and walks away.meanwhile I sit here and watch another worker playing on his phone while my truck just sits there no-one working on it...simple must need a degree to accomplish this
