Several months ago I brought my WRX in for fuel system upgrades, boost controller, and custom tune. The service manager was very quick to reply to emails, and helped in part selection. Once I arrived, I was greeted by name, given one final review of the work order, and off the car went! Everyone I talked to at the shop was very knowledgeable, and I was kept in the loop as the work was performed, whether it was a issue needing approval to fix or just a update, something other garages should do! After a small mishap with a very worn tire needing replacement, the service manager quickly arranged my spare set of tires to be delivered since I live 2 hours away. Picked up the car, paid a fair price for the work done, and the car has been running strong since. Im running 18 psi with 265 whp and 298 wtq after final tune and could not be happier!

Such a great group of individuals. The gentlemen at Hoffman Auto were very easy to communicate with and knowledgeable. As an out of towner, I scheduled my car for an inspection and LOF change. Not only did they perform the requested services but went above and beyond. They took the time to fully inspect the car and provide me a detailed report of items that needed to be addressed. Jonathan even took the time to talk about the issues and explain them as well as help identify how items should be prioritized. Given my time crunch as an out of towner, they were also extremely helpful in expediting work. If youre looking for a team to work on your car, and treat it as there own. As well as make sure you are safe like a family member, this is the place for you.

Hoffmans came to my rescue road side after my car broke down. They towed the car to the shop and gave me a quote for the required work in a timely manner. They were super transparent with me and kept an open line of communication throughout the whole process. Which I greatly appreciated. They are very efficient and thorough with their diagnosis and work. Customer service was outstanding! I recieved both update calls and texts directly from them so I knew exactly what was going on with timing of parts, labor and when the vehicle would be finished. I will without a doubt be taking my vehicle to Hoffmans for all of its needs. I highly recommend them.

This is Don. Lots of positive to say. In simple terms, if you want honesty, correct repairs, proper parts and knowing that the people will do the the right work and explain it to you. GO TO HOFFMAN AUTO. Great people. I think its the honesty part thats really super great. I really rate it 10 stars. I drive all the way from Albany NY because of the quality and satisfaction of comfort that a job will be done right. If you go to the right repair shop you get proper correct repairs. If you dont you get lies. Hoffman Auto is the place to go for all the quality and trust you really want.

I dropped my van off to get our window fixed and the car inspected. I was never informed that the labor rate was 99 dollars an hour-which is FAR more than any other shop in the area. Neither was I informed that they charge this ridiculous labor rate for diagnostic work. 151 dollars later I left with no inspection and the window taped to the door. If I were you Id save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I was leaving lake placid after a nice vacation and had an issue with my wiper arm. It had loosen up and was not moving. I pulled in to see if they could fix it. They went out tighten it and would not take any money. I guess there are still garages around that are helpful and not looking to make a quick dollar. Thanks for your help.

I had trouble getting tires put on my new car at several other places on my brand new vehicle. They had my low profile tires mounted and balanced same day without a scratch. Employees were knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. 5/5 would recommend again.

They were very helpful. Called this afternoon with a flat tire and they were able to get it taken care of even with out an appt. We dropped the truck off and conveniently Big Slide Brewery is across the street.
