I waited to post my review of the work done on my car because I am super picky with who has worked on my car. I own a 2000 chevy camero and have only had 1 shop ever work on my car since the day I purchased it (and trust me it was never the dealership even when under warrenty). Unfortunately my mechanic retired so under his recommendation I took my car to Tom. My car was fixed the price was fair and to this day my car is running great. So I now have a new mechanic because I plan on keeping my car. Believe me when I say I am beyond anal about my vehicle so do not be afraid your going to be ripped off or be told this is wrong with it or that when its really not.

Mr. Petty just saved us this past week when we overheated and managed to limp into his shop. We had stopped at 4 other shops previously who wouldnt even give us an estimate of when theyd be able to look at the car. He managed to get us into a bay and had the problem diagnosed and parts on the way within 30 minutes. Unfortunately it turned out that we needed a new radiator in addition to a thermostat so we had to wait an extra day but our car was fixed and we were back on the road within 24 hours. Great service, I cant recommend this shop highly enough.

You will not find a more honest and trustworthy auto mechanic anywhere. I would not take my care anywhere but Petty Motorworks. I have full confidence in any diagnosis they make and feel secure in the knowledge that they are not trying to sell me a bill of goods. They care for all of the cars of my family members.
