I WONT GO ANYMORE ! May 12. Went today with my coupon : $19.99 CONVENTIONAL, $29.99 SYNTHETIC BLEND, $49.99 FULL SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE PLUS INCLUDES TIRE ROTATION Oil and filter change Courtesy Check including visual brake check, battery, air filter, fluid, belts, and hoses 4 wheel tire rotation OIL : First, the person at counter told me they dont do Conventional or Synthetic on my 2012 CRV but Only full synthetic (the most expensive / OEM Honda oil is not a full synthetic). TIRES : They call me to tell that tires have to be changed because they are dry even if the threads are all good and this can be done right at the time. I tell that I just want a tire rotation because I know that my tires are still good enough. When I picked up my car, NO tire rotation. They didnt want to rotate for security reason... Ill do that myself. INSPECTION : If inspection was done properly, they should AT LEAST have seen that air filter has to be changed after a year, that battery is not good after a long winter. I guess NO Inspection had been done... on these parts. Ill do that myself. Total bill: $57 tax. inc. My advice : Used to be good place with honest professionals. you wont see me there anymore.
