I had taken my car and my truck to this place and have been rip off EVERY TIME! Here is a PARTIAL list of what they have done * Had new tires put on my car and while riding down rt 70 found out that they never tightened the lug nuts I ALMOST LOST MY TWO FRONT TIRES while doing 50 mph! And it sheared off two of the stems! *Bought new rims only to find out there was a hole in one of the rims when went back I was told they were TOO BUSY to worry about that! *I left my truck for service only to find that my gas had been siphoned I had a FULL TANK! They claimed they had been robbed that night *I paid $228 for new brake lines a month ago on my truck, I take it for inspection and find out that they NEVER REPLACED THEM! The dry rotted lines were STILL ON MY TRUCK! I went in to confront him and his wife Diana calls him on the phone hands it to me and Grant (the owner) proceeds to curse me out telling me to get the F our of his garage and calling me various derogatory names. This guy is a total rip off besides being a total lunatic! I dont know if he thought it was ok to talk to me like that because I was a female or what but I also plan on taking him to small claims court like the other reviewer.He took my money and didnt do ANY OF THE WORK then he THREATEND ME!! STAY AWAY!

This is the place to go for quality service with a great price. Ive taken my vehicles to TriState for some time now and probably will never go anywhere else. They have great attitudes and will have you in and out in a timely manner. I recommend them to all. *Note* Their Oil change prices are way cheaper than others (Give them a shot)

Told me I needed parts that were replaced only hours before bringing it in for alignment. Owner sent nasty Facebook messages threatening to tie me up in court. So I gave him my lawyers contact info. A shop only a mile away was able to do my alignment and not try to lie about unnecessary repairs.

Ive been there several times for oil changes to simple maintenance and repair, the owners and workers are outstanding and professional prices are very reasonable it is am all around great experience, along with being family owned they make everyone feel welcomed.

I found a gem of a mechanic here. Highly recomend. I had so many lights on in my dash I dubed my car light bright. When engine light started flashing I took car in finally fearing it was terminal. They fixed for a very reasonable ammount. Very satisfied customer.
