This is a TERRIBLE location. The workers are so dirty with your vehicle. I found spillage all of over my engine. My steering wheel, and shifter had grease on it too. They TORE UP my brand new charger wire in the car, it was ripped up in 2 locations, AND VERY DIRTY with grease. It was LOGGED inside the shifter location too. The outside of the car is greasy too. They play this BAIT and SWITCH game with WHOM you believe you will deal with. Than after you tell them you have problems, you meet the manager. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, refuses to introduce himself. This guy LIES LIKE A RUG on the condition of the car. I left a raging lunatic. I just spent 230 bucks detailing the car, and I got grease all over it. I am frustrated. The window cleaner is DIRTY as hell too. Its some kind of BLACK WATER or something. I dont know what is WRONG with these people. I would NEVER EVER go back to this location. They have no professionalism at all. What happens if I try to use this dirty fluid in my window mechanism now ???? I filed a complaint with Jiffy Lube Corporation.

I used to live in Absecon and now I live in Philly. At this particular location, everything has been pretty much great over the course of about 6 years of regular oil changes. There was one time they helped me out by checking my engine codes for free. Always polite. They top off oil and fluids and encourage you to come back for this service. Out of all the times Ive gone, I think once they forgot to tell me the car was done so I sat in the waiting room an extra 10-15 minutes, but other than that no complaints. Thats right, I live in Philly, and I go to this oil service station cos its near my job and I never get bad treatment.

After my first experience at this location, I found out at my next oil change that the cap had been stripped and the oil could not be changed. Had to bring my car to the dealership to have it replaced. Yesterday, after giving this location another chance, my check engine light came on and I had to bring the car to another mechanic. The service is quick and friendly but somehow they keep giving me problems. I have paid over 80 dollars for premium oil on two separate occasions and now have had to pay more money to fix Jiffy Lubes mistakes. Not worth the convenience.

I have to be honest, I was a little nervous bringing my vehicle to a quick lube place. I have a few miles on my car now and since it was "out of warranty" I thought I would give it a try. Rick and the crew could not have been more kind, patient, and professional. Every single employee said "hello". Rick explained the different grades of oils. Of course I urge everyone to make that decision before arriving by checking with your owners manual. That being said, thank you for quick and easy experience! See you soon!!

Terrible experience. Overpriced and oil was never changed. Charged me $60 for an oil change and new air filter and only thing changed was the air filter. Always change your own oil!!!

Got denied service at 5:45 PM when it says the hours of operation go until 6 PM. thats OK, some other business will appreciate this Jiffy Lube turning me away.
