Tires plus in Morrisville Pa or any other tires plus or Firestone is the worst company to work for, or to get work done. This is y tires plus is designed to rip off the customers, on a daily basis the management including the district manager jay Sporn demand services to be preformed on cars. These services are including but not limited to brake flushes coolant flushes alignments and other services, they demand each store to get a number of them per day so in return they push it on the customers even if they dont need it. Another scam is the complete vehicle check. You come in for a problem and an inspection and they charge u for both when in reality the inspection for the state is the only one you need because the mechanic has to look over the complete vehicle anyway. Another scam is the selling if tires. They tell people with all wheel drive vehicles that they need all for tires if a tire comes in to be fixed because they cant just replace one. That is just not true you can replace 2 or even 1 if its the same tire. They will also sell people tires that are even needed. They will tell u the tire is 2 old or the tread is low and in fact it doesnt fail state inspection or violates any laws. Tires according to the state is 7-10 years old when tires plus is 4 years. Also brakes. Tires plus will fail you for warped rotors or pitted heated rotors or pads under 2 32nds and most of the time it doesnt fail. The lead tech is the one that is the biggest rip off and they dont even stop him. They feed him jobs and the lead tech will tell you it will cost you over 1000 dollars to repair your car when in most cases it would be a couple 100 dollars. But he adds in extra parts that dont need to be replaces. As you see the company should be investigated for fraud because they care scamming the customers and the mechanics will do anything to make commission.. DONT NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE IT WILL BE A MISTAKE. IF YOU DO GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE U GET ANY WORK DONE THERE.

I have been to this location maybe 5 times or more between my own car and my fiancés car. I started going there for convenient location and I liked their price on oil changes so I was a regular and spent $600 on tires and wheel alignment and got a credit card. My last experience was horrible. Ive worked in customer service so I hate complaining because I know how it feels. I never had a problem with their customer service until after their mechanics messed up. I took the car for an oil change for $25, but they said I need a $30 air filter and $15 signal light bulb (which I did need, did not do the air filter though). I was planning on changing the bulb myself but for $15 just asked them to do it. They did it wrong and the signal would not work with the lights on so I had to go back the next day and they did look at it for free because it was their fault, but then they said I needed a new part for the light.. why didnt they say that the first time they looked at it? Then I pick the car up and one of their jerk mechanics maybe got pissed that he had to look at my car for free and yanked on my door handle and almost ripped the whole thing off, its hanging on by a small part and cracked off almost entirely. I called them back and she said "All they do is open the door, so I doubt that one of the mechanics did it. But if you bring it by we can take a look at it." Why would I bring my car back there, if you are just going to try to charge me more money and maybe break pieces of my car and/or not repair them on purpose. What really pisses me off is they just yanked on the door handle and acted like they didnt crack it in half. It was not like that when I dropped it off.. It sucks because I really liked you guys, and now I have this credit card and lifetime wheel alignment that I wont be able to use because I am definitely not going back.

Obviously anyone writing a good review about this place is friends with them for some unknown reason. They cant mount a tire properly which should be surprising for a tire store until you talk to the rude staff and understand why. I had a small leak that started shortly after I put on two new tires from Tires Plus in Morrisville off of Trenton Rd. It took me a few months to get back over to follow up about it as life gets in the way and I was not in the area where I had the work done. The warranty on the back of the receipt clearly states to bring the car back to the location you got the work done which I had to do because the tire was unbalanced from stop leak I had to put in the tire due to it being completely flat in my driveway. The rude heavy lady behind the desk was really rude asking me why I didnt bring it back sooner like I have nothing better to do: Then since the tire finally went completely flat in my driveway I had to resort to using stop a leak to get it over to their shop to look at it-- she tells me the only option is to buy a new tire and it is not covered under their 65,000 mile warranty they claim is on the tire. The tire has less then 9,000 miles on it. lol. They didnt even look at the tire to see if it could be cleaned out and balanced which the tire allegedly has lifetime balancing on it as well. Nope just lying here at Tires Plus. Horrible people all around that will not back up their work and will make it seems like the customers fault. Why would I use stop leak on a brand new tire? And why am I obligated to buy a new tire without you even looking at the car first? Morons that deserve everything bad coming to them.

ANYONE THAT WANTS TO PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT READ THIS FIRST. I brought my car there to have a tire repaired. I was advised by Jay the mgr that they would seal it on the inside but they didnt know if it would hold because the wire was coming through and the tire was shredded. I was told that I needed a new tire for $240. They didnt have any in stock but I could come back on Monday I advised them that my low inflation light was still on and was advised that Id have to drive around for awhile before it would go off. I paid them $21.00 to reportedly repair my tire I went to work and got done at 3am. My tire was practically flat. I had to drive around the Trenton area looking for an air machine just to make it home in 15 degrees. I called Jay the next day and he said that he told me that it might not hold and that hed give me 10% off the next time I come in. I then took it to my dealer who repaired the hole with no problem plus my low pressure light was off afterwards. It cost an additional $30.00. Did Tires Plus even do a repair?? The service mgr at my dealer actually laughed when I told him that I was told that the tire was shredded and had to be replaced. Now if they would try to pull this on me what about someone who is older or doesnt know cars or anything about repairs? OK. THIS IS IMPORTANT...IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU WERE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOU CAN CONTACT YOUR BANKS FRAUD DEPT AND PUT A CLAIM IN. IT IS YOUR RIGHT. I DID AND GOT MY MONEY BACK. YOU CAN TOO. IF YOU PATRONIZE THIS PLACE ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!
