I have been going off and on for a few years now, back when it was in bad condition and now it is a beautiful facility with the nicest staff. They treat everyone kindly and with respect. I live with constant pain so I cant go as often as I would like but I enjoy every minute there once I go.

The newly renovated YMCA is clean and spacious. The pool is clean and big, the gym has everything you need. It is the best fitness center in Rahway
