I spoke with Frank and explained that I had a need to replace a broken lock at my office. As they were jammed with work, it was explained that they would do their best to accommodate a next day request before a holiday weekend. They sent Paul early in the afternoon and it turned out that some of the parts of my replacement lock were missing. I expected Paul to tell me to call me when I had a full lock set. Instead, he disappeared into his truck and returned with the necessary parts. Having dealt with other locksmiths in the past, I have to say that I was quite pleased with their response time and their ability to fix things on the go. Thank you, Dorell & Sons. Job well done.
