This company sent out a mobile rep/tech to program a "chip key" for my car. He had ZERO experience! He plugged his computer into my car, declared that there was no problem, charged $100.00, and left, all within 15 minutes WITHOUT starting my car. Ill file a complaint with BBB.

I lost my master car key. I went to B & J Safe and lock to have a key made. I was charged a very reasonable price of $85. Thats with tax. The person who waited on me also turned my valet key into a master key free of charge.

This guy was AMAZING! Ive never written an online review before, but I had to after this experience. I think the guys name was John or Joe. He got to me in less that 20 minutes and had me in my car in under 2 minutes!
