I had a sticky lock which we couldnt even unlock so I called these guys. They came over quickly but didnt fix the lock properly, swearing it would work for 6 more months even though I insisted it was still sticking. It stopped working again by the next day. They insisted I pay cash, wanted to charge me $125 for not fixing my lock and I refused. I negotiated them down to $70 because both of us knew I was being ripped off but I felt there was nothing I could do. After calling another locksmith the next day it turns out all I needed was some WD40 in the lock and I cant believe these guys didnt think of that. Totally unreliable, didnt even know the basics of fixing a lock, total rip off job. I will never call them again which is too bad for them because I own 2 houses with multiple locks and would have been a good client for them.

My lock broke and left me locked out of my apartment. After calling another locksmith (All Star) who took longer than they said and wanted $600, I called Kings. They gave a lower quote, so I sent the All Star guy away. The Kings guy came in 15 minutes, opened the door and replaced the mechanism quickly and efficiently, and charged $395 (of which $200 for the mechanism).

Had a disastrous situation with a jammed/locked door with the knob on the locked side loose, and they talked me through the fix step-by-step over FaceTime free of charge and were even poised to send someone over within 15 minutes to help sort it. Fast, friendly, excellent service. After getting so many bad copies of keys from multiple places, I thought Id try this place before replacing the entire lock to my front door... And left with keys that are working better than any of the copies that my landlord gave me, ha! Ive never been so happy with a set of keys.

Fast and good price! Got my keys copied-I used to go to Home Depot but they messed it up twice. The owner was really nice and did it in two seconds. Hours on google maps are wrong bough, they open at 9 or 10 depending on the day, and close at 6 PM.

Was trying to get a copy of a broken key. The big box stores couldnt help so I went here and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Even gave me some advice on changing the lock setup if necessary.

Less than useless. I came here at 9pm for an emergency replacement key because Google said they were open until 11. Lo and behold, they close at 7:30. Beware, be warned.
