I have been calling these people for several months to get a digital lock changed over to a mechanical. They keep telling me that can do it and someone will call me in a couple of days to set up an appointment. After a couple of weeks of no call backs I would call them back and say no one called, and they again said someone would call. After 3 times I waited until after the summer and just called them again and the exact same thing happened. Said someone would call today and when I told them no one called by 4 pm they said they will call me when and if they are in the area of my home! I said what the heck good is that . . . . I work for a living . . dont you make appointments? I was then told they/Byars would get a hold of "their team" and stay by the phone as someone would be calling me in a couple of minutes to set up an appointment. NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK. A very unreliable, unprofessional, and poor customer service company. They should be ashamed of themselves, and frankly are lucky there is very little competition in the area.

I called Friday at approximately 4:30pm to get some assistance to my car and the owner said he can come at 12:30pm Saturday. I had the phone on speaker so my lady heard the whole conversation. The next day I waited till about 1:00pm and I received a phone call from the locksmith asking if I still needed help with my car, so he informed me that he was going back to his shop to get all the items he needs to get the job done. I waited till 4:30pm, my lady called him and he said he still has to get the parts. I am very disappointed and mad because I wasted my whole day waiting on someone who said they were going to come at the original time and I was yanked around the whole day. If I was able to put 1/2 a star I really would. I am disappointed with the false service and unprofessionalism of the company.

We love Byer Lock Shop. We have had them to our house 2 or 3 times and they have changes locked, helped us with multiple keys and we like them. Mount Holly is a small town, if you want fluff previous customer go to Cherry Hill. We have been very satisfied. Honest feedback from true customer - we also east at Kitchen 87 too!!!
