First time here, walked in as only one of three customer. Completely ignored until I asked where I ordered and from the counter was showed. Then, at the counter an insolent young woman took my order. Here on business so when the receipt rolled out of the machine, I wasnt sure if I needed to sign as there was a place for a signature, but the woman behind the counter ran off with the receipt on the machine. Finally just took what looked like mine and sat down. Finally a ver nice guy brought my food with a nice apology for the wait. The food was marginal at best. I ordered the mushroom bowl, which had one really small mushroom with some kind of rubbery cheese on top and a bunch of mixed rice and a so so piece of what appeared to be their signature flat bread. Overall pretty meh....

This place has the standard Cosi offerings. However, the line could get out of control during peak hours, and winds throughout the entire (not-so-big) store. Service was at a medium pace, and not as fast as you would hope, given the long lines. However, there is the park area with benches in the plaza area to sit and enjoy your food in the sun.

The adobo chicken bowl and tandoori chicken salad are great. Service here is dismal at the register. The same woman everyday rushes through your order as she snaps at you and is just generally rude. Had a few issues getting food that wasnt prepared well, once I had salsa lol. The food runner guy is nice, the woman at the register needs to go.

Go here if you like to get hungry after an hr...while spending 10-15$...only to run to the bathroom...b/c the steak was probably sitting there for days...

Bad service and dirty. Food is not fresh or prepared with care. Tried this location for breakfast and for dinner, both bad experiences.
