My wife and I were married last weekend at the Brooklyn Historical Society, and used Naturally Delicious. We couldnt have been more thrilled by the job they did. 1) The food was as good as you would find at a nice Brooklyn restaurant, even at catering volume - fresh cheeses, al dente pastas, and inventive appetizers. ND was extremely attentive to our culinary preferences, including having a mostly vegetarian menu, and really went out of their way to make sure that everything worked for us. Guests of a wide variety of eating habits loved their food, which is a tough thing to pull off. But they did it. 2) The service during the wedding was like little Ive seen before. The staff were good-natured and worked in an efficient and friendly manner. They recognized who the VIPs were, and went out of their way to be especially helpful to them. And when we decided, at the very last minute, to extend the party by 30 minutes, they graciously obliged. 3) Our contact at Naturally Delicious, Shannon, is a gem of a person, and really great at what she does. (Ask for her if you can.) She actually contributed a lot of "wedding planner" type work, helping us coordinate with vendors and make decoration choices, etc. The charges on NDs contract that initially looked extraneous - coordination fees and so forth - ended up being a value. Shannon was patient and accommodating from beginning to end.

Thanks so much for the wonderful party. Everything was perfect from the food, to the decor, to the set-up, to the staff. I loved how you were always one step ahead in the process, relieving me of the pressure of having to remember everything. Your helpful suggestions about details that might make our event even better were always given in the kindest way possible. (Most of them were right on point and I never felt obliged to follow those that were not right for us.) You also have such a lovely creative touch and great ideas. I loved your suggestion to use the wine glasses to elevate the candles and to arrange the tables in a way that contributed to an intimate feeling while still taking full advantage of the room. It was particularly helpful that you coordinated with all the vendors (flowers, dj, and photographer), so they knew where they needed to be and that someone was holding them accountable. At the end of the night, your staff was so helpful, packing up all the extra supplies and assisting with the flowers we were taking home. They even made sure that the special flavoring syrups that we liked were put aside for us to take home. My guests were all gushing about what a wonderful celebration it was, and the Bat Mitzvah girl, was especially pleased with how her party turned out. Thanks again for all your help!!!

These caterers put on a great event last night at 26 Bridge Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn! I loved the artisan table (or whatever you pros call it) with a hefty selection of meats, cheeses, olives, breads, etc. The pasta bar with salad was a crowd pleaser but the real winner for me were the grilled shrimp walked around by handsome servers. They made several speciality cocktails as well that did the trick. A nice whiskey cider-y one and another called Snowman Punch with cranberries and a fruity twist. The bartenders and staff were really nice as well. Great experience with this crew!

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G experience from beginning to end. Melissa and her team got what we wanted our wedding to be and delivered creative solutions, delicious food, yummy drinks, and delectable desserts, and managed every last detail including a last minute see through tent so we could still experience the magic of the garden with last minute rain in the forecast. I cant say enough! They are pros and our guests could not stop talking about the evening. And the speciality drink was SO GOOD that we came (this) close to running out. A night to remember for sure.
