I was there yesterday to get a dye and a short cut style. My color didnt take the 1st time due to my hair being dyed in the past, so the 2nd try was a lifter, then a 3rd re-dye. The end result was a dye job that wasnt the color I wanted, a haircut that wasnt laid well, and razor cuts that burn on my neck....the total waste was 170.00....yes.....I wanted to have a heart attack, I was charged for the re-dyes even though I wasnt informed ahead of time. All thr other hairdressers were putting out nice jobs...then there was me!!!I will not be returning to Latricia!!! Beyond upset!!!
