Rude as in a snobby attitude and overpriced for the lack of what should have been very personally tailored evaluation of what cusomer wants for haircut and too pricey for the ineffective interaction between and professional which resulted in a poor to fair job Also, no tips or extra time spent for suggestions for hair care in general
