I have a real problem with attitude - especially when its bigger than talent. So, finding a really good hair salon is usually a lot of trial, error and wasted money. Finding Salon Reaction was one of those times when you just want look to the heavens and thank whatever powers that be - in a big way! The talent is really good- definitely above the norm .... and in Feasterville, we have a few over priced big attitude hair salons. The owners of Salon Reaction are really nice people. Frank has done my hair twice - something no one else can lay claim to... and both times I was absolutely floored! My hair looked exactly like I wanted it to!!! Not what some hair dresser thought I should look like. Havent had my nails done yet by Frank Fees wife Traci but, I understand that she is well taught to take certain illnesses (like diabetes) into consideration when she takes care of you. Everyone who works at Salon Reaction is nice and pleasant. I highly recommend Salon Reaction - especially if you want to walk away feeling really good about yourself. They even have makeup advice if you need it! Bonnie Aaron, Feasterville PA. Post note: To Kelly from a year ago... you sound like another hair salon saying something bad about a rival salon, the salon isnt dirty and when they ask me about a follow up, I just say Ill call you. This was my third time at the salon ( shame on me for giving it several tries) I felt pressured to rebook I guess. So my loss. Anyhow... The salon itself is dirty, small, outdated and just plain ugly. The parking is awful and not to sound mean but every client coming in and out of the salon seemed out of a trailer park ! The staff dresses like slobs, and talks like slobs too, lots of foul language and loads of gossip ( about each other at that !!!) including the owner ! reading an above post seems this goes on a lot. I agree Tracy the nail lady/ owner who i recently realized was an owner acts like my 12 yr daughters olds friends. So theres the salon and staff and atmosphere, ...as for the quality of work, it was just OK for the price. They market and price themselves as a high end salon, but really just like the Great clips place at the mall... I originally was reffered from MLBB ( Mommys lil black book) I live in Richboro so this was a bit of a drive, but figured id give it a go... I should have known that places that are constantly posting coupon type deals and always saying " We are hiring" is a bad sign, people probably dont want to work there or go there. will not be returning. or using MLBB for reccomendations from here on out :( If salon reaction reads this, my advice... grow up, clean up and act, dress and talk more professional .

I was looking for a new salon to go to and actually got a LivingSocial deal for Salon Reaction. I was pleased when I went in because I didnt feel like a number. A few days after my service I actually got a phone call from the owner asking how I liked the salon and what he could do to make it better. I have NEVER had this kind of service from a salon before. I had my second appointment with someone different, and liked the service. Then I had my third appointment with another different person (my choice to try out different people), and I found my new stylist! She was fantastic and really LISTENED to what I had to say. I will continue to go to Salon Reaction where I feel like they really care about my business!!

I was referred by a Moms Facebook page to this salon. I visited the first time for nails and hair, and everything was just OK, my second time in for my nails, I listened to the main nail girl and owner ( Tracey) talk badly about an employee while she was up front doing hair. It was so mortifying and uncomfortable to me, espiecially since the hairdresser she spoke badly of is a friend of a friend. Just very unproffesional and catty. The salon was also a bit outdated, dirty. and the parking lot is awful. I wont be returning. Id rather visit a place where people treat their employees with respect. and also the hair styling was just OK, ive had better cuts and color at a hair cuttery, so all in all id say its a 1 star !

I have been a customer of Traci and Frank Fee before they even opened Salon Reaction. I see Frank for my hair and Traci for my gel manicure and pedicure. I love their salon. It is immaculate and well maintained. The staff is incredibly attentive and pleasant. I look forward to my appointments knowing I will be treated in first class manor and have a wonderfully relaxing time. I am always complemented on my hair style and color. People are amazed at my manicure. Both of them make sure that the health of my hair and nails are always of first concern. They constantly educate themselves on the current trends or new services. I couldnt ever think of going anywhere else.

First time at Salon Reaction. I called and got an appointment right away with Joanne. I told Joanne my concerns for my hair and she took great care of me! I love my haircut! I have very fine hair that is shedding alot. She took 4+ inches off and gave me lots of texture throughout, its exactly the results i was hoping for. I cant remember the last time i was this happy with a haircut! Thank you very much Joanna, see you in a few weeks!!!

Salon Reaction has been my salon since it opened, almost 10 years ago. The stylists are very talented and are always striving to improve to keep up with the times. They always have the latest products and trends and the knowledge that goes with them. As a former stylist, I consider myself to be somewhat choosy about does my hair, nails and waxing and have found Salon Reaction to be the best "one stop shop" for all of my beauty needs!

The experience and expertise of everyone at the salon is without question at the highest level. They are also so friendly and accommodating whenever I am there for whatever service. I use them for my hair, nails and waxing...my son even goes for his haircuts. When that special occasion comes around, they always are the choice for hair and makeup! I went to Salon Reaction for a new hair style and color. JoAnne did an awesome job on my hair. She new exactly what color would look great on me (high- light and low- light) and gave me a cut that added extra body. I got so many compliments that my mom went there to get the same color done- made her look 10 years younger. I highly recommend both JoAnne and the salon!

Ive tried many hair salons and found that the stylist does not listen to your requests and then cuts it the way they want to. I have left very unhappy on numerous occassions. I went to Gabrielle and she listened very closely to my concerns and took time to address them. I was very pleased with my color and cut and will continue going to this salon in the future.
