It was actually pretty easy to reserver online. I chose the place because of location and reasonable price for a climate controlled unit as compared to others in the area. Also first two months were free. Details change the total price however as follows: - Insurance: if you dont specifically have the contents of your unit covered under some other insurance policy (e.g. home owners) you are forced to sign up for the Extra Space Storage insurance policy for (I think) $9.99 per month additional otherwise you cant rent there. - Taxes - yes I know its a necessary evil but when you sign the paperwork the total per month charge they give you doesnt include tax so that was another almost $10 per month. My fault I know but when she said your total monthly charge after the 2 months free will be X I just thought it would be X not X + Y. Silly me.

its great knowing that i got a safe,clean, very fair priced and well organized storage facility. It is very convenient and what I like best about it is the "true" courteous, friendly, & knowledgeable staff that "actually cares & helps you" instead of getting the runaround and price gouging that I have experienced in the past with other places. The security is nothing short of excellent,as well as the location of the place. 24 hour 7 day access is a bonus as well. Also I would love to add that they also give you email reminders which is awesome for me as I really need reminders because of my busy daily schedule. I wouldnt think twice about recommending them to anyone who is looking for these assets,cause it is very hard to find these kinds of qualities in a company these days. I would have to say I was dreading going to get a storage unit. Until I called Extra Space and got Kevin to help me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional the whole time. He took the extra time to show me other units even though they were the same size to make sure I was happy. I wish I had Kevins last name. He did staple a card to my paperwork but I must have dropped it. He is definitely a assets to extra space and is the main reason I chose this location. If I could, I would employ him to come sell cars for me. Thank you Kevin for making this a enjoyable experience. I look forward to using my new storage.

This place is so incredibly clean!. Wow, what a relief, because I looked at a bunch of storage facilities before coming here, and they werent even close to what I was looking for. When I walked in, I really didnt know exactjy what I needed but I went over everything I have in my home with Kat, and she was so incredibly helpful. That was a huge relief because I needed the units quickly and I couldnt have asked for more from her. Definitely come here because they are the most professional store Ive been to. Joe

The staff at Extra Space Storage are so fabulous, I cant thank them enough! They helped with every part of the process and made it that much easier... Took stress out of the equation and truly made us at ease with the decision. They are so friendly and knowledgeable, I thought I was chatting with an old friend. Dont bother to look anywhere else, they have everything you need including excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. Thanks Sarah!

Kevin was a wonderful man. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything very well. Love the security cameras all around the grounds. Kevin took us in the golf cart and showed us the process of how to go through the gate and showed us the unit we were renting. After I signed the lease he immediately went a swept the unit out. I put the lock on it I purchases from them for a fair price and was done. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Just rented a unit at this location and could not have asked for better service. Reserved the unit online and within an hour Kevin contacted me to provide info on the facility and answer any questions. He called to remind me about the reservation so I would not loose it. Went in today and he provided prompt and courteous service. Explained the entire process and showed me the unit we would be renting. It was a great service focused experience.

Hands down best decision made renting a storage unit from Extra space, not only did they accommodate me the day I called (hectic, rushing and panicked) but they were so kind and friendly! As soon as I walked in the door Amanda and Kat handled everything with confidence and poise! So happy about the rates and first month free. Dont waste your time calling around and stressing just go to extra space on rt 37 in Toms River

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facility, itself, is clean, spacious, well-lit, and safe. I like that they provide carts for easily transporting belongings to the unit. Having the option of a climate-controlled unit was extremely appreciated, as I needed to store my PC and guitars. I also like that WOBM is piped in because it makes the experience of loading and organizing my unit more pleasurable.

After weeks of research trying to find the best storage location for our belongings, we were sold by Manager Karl Heiss and the well-kept grounds at Extra Space Storage. He was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and very eager to help. His expertise convinced us that ESS was the place for and and weve been extremely satisfied since then. Overall, it has been a five-star experience.

Sara is the best at her job. She is always so friendly and her customer service is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions every time I come in. She helped my brother and I get a storage unit when our father passed away and I just came back to get another unit here. I love the hours that Im able to access my belongings. We were moving and rented storage spaces remotely from another site to this one. When we got here we found we needed another unit and got one promptly. We dealt with Sarah and Kat on the phone. Kat helped us when we arrived and was so helpful. Everyone involved is so customer oriented and cant do enough for you. I would enthusiastically recommend this business to anyone!

Currently store at the Howell Location and coming here since its closer to home. Great customer service these girls Kat and Amanda are fantastic! Took care of my needs, answered all my questions and I found them to be extremely knowledgeable, patient and really made me feel appreciated. Would reccommend them to ANYONE needing storage

I chose this location and facility because it is close to both home and work, and the proce was right for the size of the unit I am renting. The staff is very friendly and even went out of their way to let me know about different ways of paying (by the time I get out of work the office is closed). The facility is clean and well lit.

A lot of room, very very clean units and the staff was nothing less than amazing and friendly especially the manager Karl. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were satisfied, that I was well taken care of and that if I had an additional needs they were met. I would most deffinitly go back and would highly recommend Karl.
