Wait, theres a difference here. When you need to rent extra storage for your stuff, theres really not much to differentiate one storage place from the next. After all, its just a big closet youre renting - 4 walls and a door that locks, and youre good, right? Not so fast. You also need people you can count on when you need it - and thats where Wall Storage North, and Barbara and her staff come in. If theres a better manager at a self-storage facility than Barbara, I havent met her (or him)! Ive had multiple storage units in 4 different states over the years (ugh, dont ask) and Ive never run into a more personable and efficient manager than Barb. Shell take the time to make sure you understand everything, and makes move-in a breeze. And if something later comes up, shes quick to get on the phone to let you know about it and help work it out. In short, youre going to be treated RIGHT! The facility is well maintained and clean - unlike others that I looked at before moving in. You can tell they care by the little things they do. NICE hanging flower baskets out front, and a candy dish on the spotless front counter? Yep, youre as welcomed here as you would be walking into someones home, and you can tell they mean it. I really couldnt be happier with the service here! If you have ANY hesitation about storing your stuff at Wall Storage North, dont. Do yourself a favor and give them a call, or just drop by to chat with Barb. Shes not the pushy-salesy type, so youre not going to be pressured, its going to be as easy as talking to that nice neighbor lady who lives down the street. Youre going find that even with something as mundane as choosing a storage facility, its the PEOPLE that make the difference. Thats why Im giving Wall Storage North FIVE STARS all around!

BEWARE: YOUR WOODEN FURNITURE WILL HAVE MOLD, EVEN IN TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED UNITS! SEPT 2015 REVIEW: Although the Manager, Barbara, has been more than kind and helpful over the past years Ive had my units at Wall Storage North, I now know that the actual product is sub-par. I have been paying for a temperature-controlled unit for 2 years, and upon inspecting my beloved furniture, there was mold and water damage on a table and rugs. When Barbara looked at the unit, she said that she could not find where the water could have possibly come from (and even had the gaul to ask if the furniture was from a house destroyed from Hurricane Sandy!). She stated that the unit is kept at a temperature of 80 degrees F (which seems high), but what is the humidity level? She did not tell me. Then, when I asked for a written statement from her regarding the water damage, she said that there was no burst pipe or leakage...never stating where the water DID come from. This company is throwing their hands up and are very unhelpful to me. After being with them for about 5 years, Im shocked that Im not being helped at all. I cant wait to get my stuff out of there. SEPT. 2013 REVIEW: I have heard of horror stories when it comes to storage units, but I must admit: this place is beyond my expectations. Why? Because of the service by Manager Barbara. She is kind, helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and all around lovely. She always responds to emails quickly and is there to help. The only reason why I gave this place 4/5 stars is because although I have a temperature controlled unit, some of my wooden furniture items have mold on them after 3 years. Im not quite sure why--hopefully it is fixable.

I walked into Wall Storage North on Saturday, one hour before closing, in desperation, and frustrated after visiting three other storage facilities. Within 1/2 hour, Barbara, the extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful person that I spoke to there, had helped me decide what I needed, shown me a unit, had all of the paperwork done, and thoroughly checked me out on their access and security procedures. She made me comfortable and confident that I was using the right facility, and being assisted by the right people. The units are clean, the access is easy, the security is excellent, the price is fair, the people there are helpful and knowledgeable, and they saved me a significant amount of money by having a courtesy truck that I could use to transport items to the storage unit. I can not possibly say enough good things about them to repay them for the service and experience that they provided me. My Sincere Thanks again Barbara, and everyone at Wall Storage North, You can be sure that I will personally recommend you to friends, and go out of my way to use your services again in the future. After my father in law passed away we needed to put some of his belongings into storage. I picked several storage facilities that were close by to check out. The first one I visited was Wall Storage North. I thought I had done my research and knew what size unit I would need, I was wrong. I met Barbara on that day, it seemed like she knew more about what I needed than I did. She advised me to take a larger unit than I wanted but it turned out she was right. They offer free truck rental on move in(saved me at least $100.00), the facilities are kept neat and clean, 24 hour access and the prices seemed reasonable. I didnt need to search any further, I was sold on their staff. Barbara and Stephanie are absolutely wonderful to deal with. These days its rare to get service with a smile but you definitely get it at Wall Storage North, they made me feel more like a friend than just another customer.............

I am in between houses for a short time and needed climate controlled storage for my furniture and other household items. After looking at the website I had a few questions, so i called and spoke with Barbara, who was very pleasant and informative. She reserved a unit for me over the phone, which I later that same day stopped by to complete the transaction. The facility is one of the nicest and cleanest storage facilities I have been to. First Barbara explained everything , then took me to see the unit I was renting, along with a couple of others. (I had also inquired about renting another unit, but not sure of the size I needed). She then put the one I thought I needed on hold for me as well. I will be going back to complete that unit rental this week. I also scheduled a day use of their truck to move my things. That is a wonderful perk of this facility as well.

Our whole experience with Wall North Storage has been a very pleasant one. We were greeted very friendly and professional. Our situation had changed from initial check in and everything was changed in a very proficient and again friendly manner to accommodate our needs. Barbara is very knowledgable , friendly and as mentioned accommodating.If your looking to find a reliable storage facility, this is the one. 2/15/16 Since our last review in May of 2015 our experience with the Wall North Storage team continues to be a pleasant one. Barbara remains both helpful and professional whenever we require her assistance. She has been very accomodating throughout our stay, We plan to continue using Wall Storage North for our storage needs.
