This place is GREAT!!! James & Dina make a great team & they make me feel like Im storing with family not just a storage facility. I almost made a big mistake by storing antique furniture in a non climate unit. They advised me to consider a climate controlled unit especially if I was going to be storing for a long period of time. (Which I was) When I asked why, they explained to me that I ran the risk of mold & mildew in a non climate unit-especially during the summer months. That never even occurred to me since the other 2 places I went to didnt mention it. Two years later my furniture is in the same condition as it was when I put it in & I couldnt be more happy! If it wasnt for them & their knowledge and honesty I might have lost some furniture that has been in my family for generations. I have recommended this site to friends who wound up renting here as well and I would highly recommend them to ANYONE looking for a top notch facility with top notch employees. KUDOS & THANK YOU!!!

I have rented two units over the years at the Extra Space Storage location in Bayville, New Jersey. My current unit I have had for more than five years. In all that time to present day, the property site manager, James Brannick, has been great. He is always available to answer any questions and help us with anything we need. We have never had a problem with anything at all. They made moving from one unit to another so easy for us when we had to, finding one on the same level right down the hall. They always go that "extra mile" to help! The site is so well maintained & clean. Weve recommended this particular site location to at least ten or more people over the years mainly BECAUSE of James Brannick along with his coworker, Dina. Both are just super to deal with...theyre friendly,fantastic people!

extra space storage was there when i needed them on short notice. Dina, one of the employees there helped me above what i believe her job description calls for. she walked me through the entire process of renting the unit and was very clear on the agreement i was signing as far as how my monthly payment was concerned. she made sure my unit was clean from top to bottom and since the storage facility is so large she made sure i had no problems with locating the unit i had rented. i highly suggest that if someone is looking for a unit to rent go to extra space storage. all the employees are extremely helpful and friendly, its as if i have known them for years. they are definitely a staff that is as friendly as they could possibly come.

Great location and a wonderful manager. The manager and his assistant always make you feel welcome when you walk through the door. They know me by name and take the time to ask how things are. I was a victim of sandy but Ive had a unit there for well over a year. They were very accommodating to my needs during the aftermath of the storm. You cant find a better place to store your belongings. The employees that work there are second to none, and the property is always well maintained. I always see them out on the property either cleaning or doing security checks. I will continue to store here because they are so wonderful!

I have had a unit here for many years. The facility is always clean & the units are very easy to access. I have never seen it look dirty nor have I seen garbage of any sort on the ground, even the office is neat & tidy. Management has always been helpful & kind. Every time I see James & Dina they are always smiling & willing to help me with any questions I might have, big or small. They truly are the greatest people to deal with. The rates for the units are very affordable, especially for me, a single mother of 2, and not to mention the fact that they are the cheapest around.

I have had a storage unit here for 4 years. The place is always immaculate, they have late gate hours,and you also feel secure when you are there which is important!, As for the staff the James and Dina are wonderful! They always greet you with a smile and they call you by your first name. It makes you feel important when you walk in there and you dont just feel like a customer. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Probably one of my worst experiences Lost access due to damaged elevators , no email or anything regarding it right after I paid for units , couple days later they broke . I made contact several times over two months I kept having to wait no one kept in contact I kept paying of course , they gave me a month free ... yippee No access for 2 and still paying outweighs the one month freebie Yuck fou

I went to extra space and james was there pleasant and ready to help me with all my questions and storage needs. I wasnt sure what size I wanted and james showed me different units in my price range, which I really appreciated. Id also like to add that I had my 2yr old son with me, james gave him paper and markers to color with while I went over papers for my unit.. very thoughtful and patient.

The primary reason we decided to use Extra Space for our storage needs was because of Dina and James. They were both courteous and informative. They showed us a variety of units and went over every detail with us. We felt comfortable with their expertise and we would be happy to refer anyone we know to them and them only. Was having trouble deciding between Public Storage a bit further down the road and these guys. The customer service and pricing I received at Extra Space are absolutely exceptional! Dina was excellent in explaining everything and showing me the premises. The decision was easy. I highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a place to store.

Most amazing costumer service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and truly works with you to find a unit that suits your needs. I have been a satisfied client for almost 3 years. Very convenient off route 9. The buildings and grounds are kept clean and neat. And the best part is they have the lowest price in Ocean County.
