I visited several storage areas and settled on Wall Storage, which came highly recommended by Mike Applegate of Applegate Movers. Having no idea how big of a space I needed, I came back to the office 3 times before settling on my final choice. Each time, I was treated as if I was the most important client in the world and my repeated questions were answered with kindness and patience. The storage areas are meticulously clean, safe and protected. I even tried to pay my balance a few days ahead of the move, in order to have everything ready, and Dawn (owner) recommended I pay just the evening before so Im not paying a few extra days for empty storage. I highly recommend Wall Storage in Manasquan for any storage needs, from a small space equal to an extra closet, to a 20x30 space to hold a full house of treasures.

Buying and selling a house at the same time with no overlap with closings wasnt working out for us in regards to moving companies, so we decided to self move our family of 4 from Union to Monmouth County. Friends and family insisted we should go to a "first month free" place since we didnt anticipate needing more than a month, but I went with my gut and called Wall Storage. We havent rented a storage unit before and I was nervous about getting the right size for all our belongings, but both ladies in the office were so patient with my millions of questions and worries. The unit was clean and we havent run into any trouble accessing it when needed. Knowing we can use the Wall Storage box truck at no additional cost to move in has been an added bonus. One week in and we are very satisfied!

I spoke with Dawn on the phone and she held a unit for me until I could get there. Donna was there and helped me on Sat. I have been here before, and went again without hesitation. Both girls are extremely helpful and make the entire process quick and easy. Donna was trying desperately for me to reserve their truck, but I didnt need it this time. She gave me a great location up front due to my business delivery needs. I have rented this time for my business storage, and they accept UPS and Fed Ex deliveries there at any time. This makes my life much easier, as I travel often. I would recommend this facility EVERY time. Dont waste your time looking elsewhere. Donna made my experience so easy, it was a breeze.

Over the years, I have found Dawn McGarry always ready to be a helpful resident manager. She recently helped me open my storage unit when i arrived with the wrong keys, and drove the rental truck i was using to the gas station when i was to tired to fill it with gas. I am constantly moving things in & out of my storage unit and Dawn is always available to help with moving boxes, tape,ect. She is an organized individual & makes sure i recieve a receipt for all my purchases, so i can keep my accountant happy. She takes time to explain things when necessary and keeps her cool in stressful situations.

I needed a storage unit on very short notice. I chose Wall Storage South solely because of its location. I was relieved to find that they had units available. I cant say enough good things about the facility and the staff. Dawn helped me navigate the size I needed based on what I told her I was storing, I ended up with 2 units which was the perfect fit. They rent multiple size units. All the units are ground level. Open 24/7. Clean and DRY!. I am moving out this weekend but I know that I if I ever need to rent storage space again Wall Storage South is the place for me! Thanks GIRLS!

From the first phone call Dawn was extremely helpful. I was originally looking for a locker which they did not have. Instead of blowing me off like all the other storage facilities did she explained what Wall Storage South had and then offered up places that may have what I was looking for. Needless to say I got off the phone with her, thought about it for a second, then called her back and said Im on my way. If you want the best service, a safe place to put the extra things you cant store yourself and a clean locker use Wall Storage South.

From my first day doing business with Wall Storage South, Dawn has been the most helpful, honest, caring and knowledgeable person with whom I have worked in a very long time. Always with a smile on her face Dawn has truly been a pleasure to deal with. At the end of my initial lease I needed use of the truck but it had been reserved. Somehow Dawn managed to squeeze me in. I needed a storage spot for a few months while I transitioned from my apartment into my home. I chose Wall Storage South because it was close but more importantly because DAWN made the sign up process so easy and educated me the entire way through. The facility is extremely clean and as a woman she made sure to put me as close to the office as possible for security purposes so that I felt safe. The facility is well lit, it is kept immaculate and the my storage unit is dry and clean.

My experience at Wall Storage South could not have been any better. The staff, on any given day, was friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgable and professional. Dawn, especially, was invaluable in helping me with downsizing from one unit to another. She did all of the legwork for me, finding a good home for the furniture I wanted to donate, keeping in touch with me the entire time. The facility is clean, easily accessible and safe. No reason to go anywhere else. I have used other brand name storage places and Wall South Storage is the best! Excellent customer service, close to major roadways ( Hwy 34, 195 and GSPW) 24/7 access, each unit has a personal security code, free moving truck, what else could you want. I had to move my stuff into storage during a stressful time and Dawn and staff made it a stress free situation. This company is my ONLY recommendation for friends and family.

Chris- May 6,2011 Two years ago I began searching for a storage unit, to store personal items. I sold my home and was in between homes. After visiting numerous places and talking to the managers, I had to go back to Wall Storage. The manager took the time to explain everything to me and we discussed different options that were available. When I left after I rented a unit and I felt satisfied and knew that my items would be secured. Thank you Wall Storage!
