Where do I start. This is the second time I had to move this year and this time was looking for a storage facility that was clean to store my furniture and personal belongings that I did not want to get dusty and dirty. I found the Westy Storage Facility. They are simple AMAZING!!! I am in the Sales Field and I always look for certain characteristics in a person. They have far exceeded my expectations and Westy should be proud to have the staff they have working for them. The facility is immaculate, while I was there there was an employee sweeping and vacuuming out the empty units to get them ready for the next customer to store there belongings. They were all accommodating to my needs. Lets face it moving is hard enough not to mention stressful, there team took all that away with there professionalism, and tending to the customers needs. They had arranged for a mover to contact me to help me move my belongs and even let me have the use of there truck for the day. The day of the move they closed at 6 pm. The movers and I were running a little behind schedule and Jim Gollner said its no problem to please take my time and he would stay open as long as I needed to ensure I had all my stuff put away. Talk about great customer service!!! I think you can get the gist of what I am saying. If you are looking for a great staff to help with a stressful situation, a spotless facility to store your lifes belongings Westy in Upper Saddle River, NJ is the place to do so hands down!!!!!

This storage facility is amazing! It is like an extension of your own home, very bright and clean, so you feel quite comfortable storing your belongings there. The management is terrific - Carol is very efficient and always courteous, and attends quickly to anything we need. The building and individual units are very secure and accessible - no need to bring any dollies to cart your items to your unit - they have everything to make for an easy in and out. Highly recommended!!
