Pros: nice on the phone. Cons: not enough parking and not very responsible. I rented the truck and went to store my goods with my crew by 9:40pm and was locked out! i could not move my stuff out the truck and into the unit. So i left it there until i got out of work the next day. They charhed me a fee. I spoke to the DM and explained it was not my fault. But he said it was because i didbt follow instructions. Aparently, there was another entrance. How was i to know, Nobody told me!

the manager never call back to address the problem even when i left messages ,most of the time no one answer the phone at the office and when going there sign states we will be back soon and it is always 40 minutes the time on that sign ,that is beside the lunch time . my complain is that the manager dont care to call back and discuss the problem

I had the pleasure of meeting Robinson, the manager, when I helped a family member move in. He was professional, knowledgeable, and even checked on us while we were moving things to make sure we had what we needed. This place is awesome, and Robinson is a great manager!

Very clean and well kept. When I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile. The manager Rob took the time to help me get a unit that would work best for me. Thanks for having the patience of answering all my questions.
