Horrible costumer service I do not recommend anyone to go here to get work done. Ive been going there for over a year for oil changes. Then I got my muffler fixed here and in under a month the muffler came apart at the seams. It was not a back fire I had another shop look at it and it was a bad muffler to begin with. The refues to use my warrenty on the part. If i want them to fix it I would have to pay for the part again. They were extremly rude and hung up on me when I was trying to explain the situation.

I went to Meineke for an oil change. Jake Yeager did it for me and although he was young, he was one of he most professional and nice mechanics Ive ever been too. After my oil change he even made sure the rest of my vehicle was okay and safe to drive. I will definitely be doing more business with meineke and will refer friends and family to the shop, and to have Jake handle all their auto needs.

Ive been here before with great results and this time was no exception. I had to work and my husband had to take my car for exhaust work and they gave him a ride home and picked him up when the car was done. The work was done in a timely manner and they really care about their customers.

Everytime ive had an altered exhaust system on several subaru mustang or grand marquis. They were great. Hundreds lower than midas. Even when a hanger had broke mike fixed it no charge in and out.

These guys are rip off artist. HIGH WAY ROBBER $500 for a BASIC TUNE UP FOR A BASIC CAR. HIGH WAY ROBBERY. Other mechanic shops quoted at $150,$200. These guys pray on the customers

They did a job for me on June 16 2017 that cost 400.00 and 3 days later it cost 1000. To fix what they screwed up ,and took no responsibility very disappointing

This place is small and pretty friendly. It took 45 minutes to have my oil changed, after booking an appointment online in advance. I might return.
