This is the worst towing place I have ever been to! I can not emphasize enough how bad this place is! The prices are very high and the service is absolutely absurd! The staff was horribly rude and arrogant. The lady that was in the front desk used profanity profanity and threw my receipt on the floor all because I asked a simple question about my vehicle. Her coworker was also rude and said we would have to apologize otherwise he would not assist us and bring our car out. Like really? If anyone is thinking of going to this place I strongly suggest not to go!

Awful experience. The prices are nothing short of outrageous. John was snotty and completely unhelpful. When I challenged the "cash only" policy he became spiteful, literally stating that my wife could not pick up our vehicle and hanging up the phone. Im not exaggerating. Dont patronize this business, in fact someone should really report them to the BBB. Awful awful people.

This place is a nightmare. Used a defective part with an expensive item and helped with nothing in terms of getting the warranty taken cared of and getting the labor done, as I am 4 hrs away. I would not want them to touch my car again, ever. Arrogant main man, ignorant.
