This place is questionable. After leaving my car there for a week, I got it back with the drivers door panel hanging loose, drip spots, over-sprayed sections and a rear fender stripped of clear coat (it looks like someone took a heat gun to it). Why would they return the car and say nothing about the stripped clear coat? I was advised that the car would be "cleaned up" if I brought it back. After a month of scheduling and rescheduling, they finally had a day where they could keep it. This time I left the car there three days. Nothing was done. They apologized and said I could bring it in again. Another week went by before they could take it in a third time. At this point, they argued about the stripped clear coat and blamed it on a previous defect. Then the owner looked at it and said the rear fender could be painted at an additional charge. Why would the clear coat be peeling now when it was not visibly noticeable before? If you want to go to a place where there is yelling, obscenities, phone hang-ups, lack of courtesy and communication, this service is recommended.

My car was over heating..took it to them and paid $800. Picked it up few days later as I driving out it started overheating so I went back inside they refused to fix it again said the already spent money fixing what they thought was wrong with it. They said over heating is caused by many issues. Isnt it a mechanics job to know exactly whats wrong before fixing the car? My car was the same as when I dropped it off. I cried & begged even my dad came and talked to them but they refused to fix it or give me my money. Ended up junking the car. I should have sued them but I was 18 and didnt where to start. I just cried& began taking the bus to school.

Poor quality of body work. I had my 2 vehicles fixed at this location (at different times-for rear bumper dents and scratches) and the quality of work was very poor. The actual body work was not sanded properly, you can even tell the difference up until this day. The paint job was really messy with over-spray around the moldings and poor color matching. Just as the other reviews stated, the interior was dusty when I got both cars back. I do not have a problem with the staff. In fact, they were really helpful when I brought in both vehicles to get repaired. However, I wish the quality of work would have been the same.

THEY STEAL THE PARTS THEY ASK YOU TO PAY FOR AND PUT IN OLD PARTS...THEY DODGE YOUR PHONE CALLS ONCE YOU FIND OUT, THEY HAVE CRACKHEADS WORKING ON YOUR CARS THAT THEY HIRE DAILY, THE BBB SAYS THAY HAVE SEVERAL HUNDRED COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM, THE TOLD ME A A PART WAS $300 AND I FOUND IT AT AUTO ZONE FOR $73, THEY ARE A FRAUD ESPECIALLY THE OWNER...STAY AWAY FROM THEM BECAUSE YOU WONT FIND OUT THAT THEY PUTIN FAUKTY PARTS UNTIL ITS TOO LATE

This place is horrible and slow. And the customor service really sucks. When I questioned why my car still was ready after being garunteed, I was yelled at by an employee. Over the phone. Im currently still waiting and paying for my rental coverage. I read some reviews about this place, but I still tried to be positive about it. BAD DESICION! Stay away people

Worst shop ever i dropped my car off and when i they called me to pick it up the interior was a mess with dust, scratches over my car, and primer spots from when they painted it.I had to miss work cause of the car being "finished" Shame on this place calling its self an auto shop. On top of that they gave me a hard time

Total ripoff DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! Kept my car for weeks, not for lack of parts-then refused to reimburse for rental car after promising they would handle any charges not covered by insurance. Over $500. Then they ducked our phone calls-would not even answer the phone if they saw our caller ID. BAD NEWS!!

They suck they dont use quality mechanics, they steal your items never put my brake caliper on car had to be brought back 3 to 4 times car still rattling tail pipe, over charged for service, hahaha, GO TO MONTCLAIR MOTOR WORKS OFF CLAIRMONT AVE..5 STAR SERVICE. .
