I was astonished at how badly my friend was treated by these people. His Honda Civic was towed by AAA, Loyal showed up he wanted to go to another shop, they convinced him to go to their shop and they would diagnose the problem FOR FREE. After a full day of waiting he had to call them, they told him he needed a transmission, he wanted to sell the car, they were interested said they wanted to look it over first, his car sat there with him paying his Insurance for 2 WEEKS. Finally he got fed up and showed up at their shop, where they told him either he has the car moved by 4:30pm or they were charging him storage for the 13 days the car sat there. I had to drive there with jumper cables so he could roll his car off of their property before 4pm. He went inside to get the keys at the guy at the desk GREG threw them at him and then had the audacity to charge him $50 for diagnosing the car. These guys are real CROOKS and should never be trusted, STAY FAR FAR AWAY

I went to this shop with a 2000 ford f150 that was stalling while driving. They kept the truck a week before looking at it, which finally occured only after I told them I would take it somewhere else. When they did look at it, it miraculously only took 5 minutes to troubleshoot, as the manager informed me the truck starts fine and that they had reprogrammed the pcm by cycling the key. When I was told it starts fine, I reminded the service manager this was a driving issue. I asked if they test drove it and he said YES. I then, knowing this was not a simple fix asked two more times if they test drove it and he continued to insist yes and that it was fine. When I arrived at the shop I knew that wasnt true as the truck was in the exact same spot as the tow truck had left it a week earlier(75 dollars for 300 meters). BTW the truck stalled as I drove away, and I easily decided to take it somewhere else.

Got my oil changed from the Loyal Tire & Auto Center and they put the wrong viscosity grade oil in. The cap clearly states 5W-20 and they put in 5W-30. 5W-30 and 5W-20 motor oil both feature the same winter rating. This means that both grades exhibit the same viscosity under cold conditions. However, 5W-30 features a slightly higher viscosity at 100 degrees Celsius than does 5W-20. This means that once the engine reaches normal operating temperature, 5W-30 oil will be thicker than 5W-20. Due to the increased resistance of the thicker 5W-30 oil, your engine will produce slightly lower fuel economy and horsepower output. You also risk engine damage when using 5W-30 instead of 5W-20, as the internal engine components are specifically designed to be used with 5W-20 motor oil. Needless to say I will not be going back.

On February 9, 2016 I experienced a flat tire at an accident scene on the N.Y.Thruway in Monroe during a snowstorm. We were towed off by Harriman Auto ( another great local company). Being a few hundred miles from our home on Cape Cod I did not want to continue on the "donut spare" and requested to be towed to a local tire dealer, subsequently to Loyal Tire and Auto Center. We were prepared for most anything up to and including ordering/purchasing a new tire and possibly spending the night. What I wasnt prepared for was the service we received. Upon being told the tire could be repaired we were out the door within the hour and on our way with no out of pocket expense! I am not sure if they had used my AAA as the tow company had but all I know is that we couldnt have been treated better.

Needed a set of wiper blades swapped on a rental car, and the rental car company sent me here. This was 5 minutes before close, in the rain, and everybody was packing their stuff. We all left at 6, because in 5 minutes they had the blades swapped, receipt signed, and us on our way. No fuss, no griping, great, professional service.

I was traveling through and had what I thought was a tire problem. Called Loyal Tire up and they sent out a truck and towed me in. It turned out that I had a U-joint problem not a tire problem. They fixed me up and I was back on the road. Their price was fair and the service was excellent. Highly recommend them.
