If you read this, dont say I didnt warn you. I caught them charging me for a New Alternator that they never installed...said it was a mistake...also, installed a New Battery that I had just replaced and had a Warranty on...still billed me for it...NOW THE BEST PART...I had my car towed to them by AAA on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday I called and called but did not get any callbacks. Finally on Saturday, at 3:59, they called me to pick up my car. I was at the Shore so I told them I would pick it up Monday after work...THEY CHARGED ME $120 FOR STORAGE...SUNDAY & MONDAY....Can you believe it? If you do business with them, they will screw you somewhere. DONT DO IT!! THEY HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS BUT ARE VERY UNETHICAL AND CHEATS...

Love taking my cars here! John the owner is an amazing and honest guy! The office ladies are really friendly and prompt, and the mechanics are very kind and listened to my problems! When my truck broke down during a bad snowstorm, John stepped up and got me towed to his shop promptly! His driver was very professional and got us back safely! Repairs were done quickly and I was back on the road, very happy with the job the guys did! Paid what I know to be very fair pricing for parts and labor, and never had to pay "storage fees", guess thats what happens when you get your car fixed and can afford to pay for it that day and not abandon it for a week...Anyways, will never take my cars anywhere else! Thank you John and staff! :)

Tim & John are thieves. they charge you labor and parts for work that is not done, actually do work that is unecessary and hold your car and charge you storage fees when you pick it up "late"...i brought my car in on a wednesday of routine maintenance....they billed me for a water pump and radiator that they say was no good...but could not show me the bad ones...called me at 4;45 on a saturday and i couldnt pick it up because it was memorial day weekend and i was away. they were closed sunday and monday but billed me $180 storage for 3 days when i picked it up on tuesday...in addition, my routine maintenance that usually costs me around $200 cost me $795...thieves...if you go here then shame on you

Excellent service - Always fast and reliable. We have taken all of our cars to them for years and they have never steered us wrong. They are very knowledgeable and always get right to whatever the problem is and resolve it immediately. I will continue to frequent them for all of our automotive needs and recommend them highly to anyone who cares about quality service!

STAY AWAY!!!!! This man is the rudest most ignorant person Ive dealt with in a long time. If you have a problem you will end up in court! He has zero people skills and even less intelligence. Stay away. There are plenty of other places to bring your cars. Lake region is one of them... mike is a stand up guy and actually cares about people

If I brought my car there I would NOT get it back without payment. I did a job FOR THEM in September 2016 and am still waiting for payment!!!! How sad is that. I only wish there was a 0 star or a negative star!!!!
