Going to Panache feels like visiting my favourite neighbours. I remember walking in for the first time and feeling intimidated because the place is posh-looking and lets face it, Im not! The smile I got at the reception desk that day put me at ease, and I stayed for the service I had booked. That was a while ago and now I visit Panache regularly. The service I receive there is top notch, of course - I expect nothing less - but what keeps bringing me back are the people who work there. The staff at Panache, from Lindsay at the reception desk to the salon or spa specialists, are a classy group of women; warm, friendly, down-to-earth, funny, open-minded, intelligent and just plain sweet. Shannon, who does my hair, is wonderful: creative, competent, professional, kind and patient. Yes, she pampers me by bringing me a coffee or rummaging for a magazine I might like, and even pulls out an old hair dryer just for me that they hang on to because I prefer it - this is what world-class-service is like. But the caring they all show towards all their clients? THAT is priceless!

I have been going to Panache for a little over 6 months now for eyelash extensions and I love it. Kayla is super quick compared to others I have seen, and it is surprisingly a very relaxing experience, and I actually fall asleep during every appointment! Their prices for the lash extensions just cant be beat when it comes to the quality of their lashes. I have had some problems with my lashes in the past, and Kayla fixed them for me right away. I have also had my hair cut at Panache, and the shampooing was a little rough as most reviews say, but it wasnt anything I couldnt handle. I have now turned my mom onto Panache, and we are going to test out the highly rated facials!

I liked the atmosphere. I have relaxed african american hair however, and I asked if this would be a problem when I made the appointment, and was assured that it would not be a problem. The stylist who did my hair, Shannon, seemed to think that it was necessary to be excessively rough with my hair however. From the time that she started shampooing me to the end when she blow dried it, she was extremely rough with my hair and scalp. She was also not very friendly.

Panache Newbie here...my experience was awesome! You cant get VIP treatment like this anywhere else....from the complimentary pararffin treatment (they even offered it to my fiance who came along for the ride!), complimentary wine, and a great trim from Shannon....a 5-star spa! Not a Newbie for long....Thank you Panache...my first time visit was beyond my expectations!!!

This place is great - its worth the extra cost, all the stylists are very attentive and knowledgeable. I have been going for 15 years and never had a bad cut. Unfortunately I had to change stylists because of my work hrs conflicting. I knew all the stylists would be fine so I just made an appt with one of them that worked on a Saturday and Shannon is great!

Panache is an excellent hair salon, with lots of wonderful services. The staff are friendly and considerate, and they are also all highly trained. From perms to nails and pedicures to waxing, the staff are the best at what they do. It is a pleasure going here - I always walk out of Panache looking terrific, and feeling feminine and attractive.

My hair stylist is Sarah Digny. My aesthetician is Jewel. I leave the day spa and salon in a great mood, looking and feeling on top of the world. My hair is styled beautifully and my skin glows. The upgrade to the salon appearance is calming and lovely. I highly recommend Panache Hair Salon and Day Spa for a wonderful experience.

I love Panache and Dana, my hair stylist!! I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done! Ive had 5 friends go to Panache because of how my hair looks! Dana does amazing color and soon shell be doing my hair/make-up for my sons wedding!! Staff is awesome - always welcoming!! Highly recommend!

My hair is extremely curly, coarse, think, and hard to work with. I want to thank Sarah for the wonderful job she did on my hair. I had an express keratin in January and it lasted a long time. My hair has never felt healthier or been more manageable. If you need a keratin, go to Sarah! Shes amazing.

If you want a consistently good hair cut this is the place for you. I have thick, partly curly hair with a mind of its own. Yvette cuts it perfectly every time.
