Worst customer service EVER and I work in retail!!!!! I was late for my appointment for cut and color by 6 minutes and was turned away. I asked to just do color since we lost time. I was really more concerned about that. I was told to come back in 40 minutes for a cut. Both Peach and Danielle spoke to me like robots saying that "this is for you" over and over again. As a new client, I got no introductions apologies, or any sense of warmth. Danielle barely even glared at me. Needless to say, I walked home in tears and did not come back. The reason I was late was due to chronic pain. The following day I received an email telling me to be 5 minutes early for my appointment YESTERDAY. I dont care how good these people think they are, if you cant treat your customers with respect and understanding, your business will never go very far. This place is 1 block from my house and I literally cringe every time I pass it. No thanks.

From the moment you walk in the door at CUT, you are welcomed by the friendly reception team and are cared for right away. They make you feel special and valued from having your name written on a wooden nameplate on your station, to having an iPad for you to use during your visit, to offering a bottle of water and chocolates for you as well at your station. Danielle knows I am particular about my hair, and she always listens intently to what I want. My hair ALWAYS turns out exactly how I envisioned or better! As a teacher, I also love how dedicated CUT has always been and continues to be to education. They commit themselves to classes once a month therefore bringing cutting edge techniques in both cutting and color to the CUT clients. It is no wonder they received Best Haircut in Hunterdon County, and they are featured on countless fashion online blogs! I will never go anywhere else!

I wont lie, Im a snob when it comes to who cuts my hair. I lived in NYC for many years and only the owners of premier soho salons were allowed to touch my hair. So when I moved to Hunterdon county I had to find a stylist. Id heard of CUT but didnt believe anyone could be as good as who I had before. Im glad I tried them, because not only is Julianne BETTER, shes way less expensive than what I was paying in NYC. I can actually say "I woke up like this" and mean it. My hair is exactly as I like it, she knows what shes doing. The salon is also very clean, the customer service is way above average, and there are notes around the salon of the details and story of the salon and its owners, who doesnt love that!? They also host local artists on their walls, which as an artist I appreciate.

Ive been going here for about 6 months and am absolutely in love! Jess is my stylist and is simply amazing. She listens to my needs, provides excellent suggestions, and does a great job every single time. I had also known Danielle when I was a teenager, and is so great to see what she and her team have created. The space is amazing, the customer service is unprecedented, and the delivery is on point. You can also tell everyone loves working here. They are a group of friendly, caring, quality-driven professionals that stay up-to-date with their craft. This is a place where you can expect not only a top tier haircut but also an enjoyable experience.

my appointments have been few and far between recently because i have moved away from CUT, but i still make it a point to travel from Philadelphia when possible to have Danielle or Julianne do my hair! THEYRE AMAZING. i hate that sometimes i need to wait for an appointment and cant go spur of the moment, but its worth the wait after ive gotten my hair done! ive tried way too many places in Philadelphia and my hair is terrible. Saw Danielle last night and the look of horror in her expression after seeing my hair pushed me to arrange my next appointment for a drastic change that i trust her in doing.!
