I went here for a facial using Living Social coupon. Overall experience was ok, but while I had the mask on, the therapist was constantly running water right behind me and cleaning up !!! I have had many many facials before, almost all of them give you a little massage for your hands and feet while you wait for the mask. None of that here, and then when I mentioned this to front desk, she was least helpful, in fact rude. I was considering going here for highlights and stuff, not after this type of customer service. No one bothered to ask how the facial went or if I care to rebook !!

I have been to Renaissance five or six times in the last year for eyebrows and waxing.I had previously gone to another salon and the waxing was always TORTURE! I always put it off because it was so painful. The first time I visited Caren, I was shocked.... no pain. I am not sure of the reason why.... better quality wax???? ...... better technique??? She also does a great job with my brows!!!!! And I am very picky. I would recommend her highly.
