I tried calling them late on a Saturday night in order to open my house, my wife and I locking ourselves out of the house. I let their number ring repeatedly without anyone answering. I called another locksmith (the one who Ive just given a 5 star rating) who answered immediately and came right on over. Regardless of the advertisement of 24-7 service, it just "aint so." Sorry.

I locked my keys inside my car after school. I called them at 4:15 pm and they were there in less than 10 minutes. Took less than 5 minutes for him to open my car door. Although the price is a bit too much in my opinion ($37) it was well worth it and cheaper than other locksmiths in Las Cruces. Great service! Im recommending them to all my friends and family.

These people swindled my in-laws out of $85.00. I had purchased new electronic keys for them and told them all they needed to do was have the key cut to the old one and then I could program the key (because it came with instructions). They took advantage of their age and made them believe that they had to pay to have the key reprogrammed. The nerve!

According to their website they have a 24/7 service line. I got locked out of my house and called them several times but they did not answer me. I called around 7:30pm on a weekend. I had to sleep in my car and wait until the next morning to get a locksmith to come all the way from El Paso. Not cool!

First review I have ever wrote! I locked my keys in my car & I dont have spares, because Im a moron. I called them everything was taken care of in I feel like no more then 20 min. & the guy was super nice! Easy & harmless. 55 dollars but I mean that have to make money.

I called at 10:30 and the guy got there at 11:45 I missed class and they still charged me 40$ and I was stuck outside waiting for more than an hour
