I wish for the option of negative five stars! I went to Bilco to have a duplicate electronic key (FOB) made for my Cherokee... a young man helped me and programed my new FOB. He did a good job and was very helpful.... I returned a few days later... one mode of new FOB was not functioning. Same helpful young man attempted to reprogram FOB but not able to... he orders a new one to come in a few days... few days I get the call that new one in. Meanwhile I need to leave town... I ask my wife to go to Bilco with the recipet and I explain to her that they will finish up the new FOB situation. She is in Bilco, nobody is waiting on her... she asks for some help. From behind a work bench comes a very sarcastic "Willie Nelson look-a-like" complaining that he has work to do and someone else should be waiting on her. He is very rude and condescending to her.(I guess his teeth hurt from eating ground glass in his Cheerios). She shows him receipt and explains situation. "Willie" asks where the car is. My wife says next door (parking full when she arrived). He chastised her for not parking in front and told her "...that unless she had the car in front... right in front of store...he wouldnt work on it" She moved to the now vacant "designated " spot... anyway his rudeness and condescending attitude towards her continued. Finally a different employee came out and relieved "Willie" of his burdensome customer. I will now and forever go well out of my way, to the next county if needed, to never set foot in Bilco again. I will also be more than happy to share my opinion of Bilco, and of course of "Willie" himself with anybody and everbody I know . Any retail merchant that employs such inconsiderate vermin as "Willie" do not deserve my business and money. Farewell and good riddance to Bilco!

I was a very recent customer of BILCO and have never been more satisfied with any service. I was having trouble with my key. Earlier this morning I snapped my key in my trunk. I went to dealer only to find out they cant make my key due to the year of my vehicle. I was in a tight bind on cash and was tired of running around. I explained my money situation to the store associate and he very kindly and respectfully asked if I believed in the honor code. I quickly responded with yes I am a man of my word. He then told me ill make the key for you if you give me your word you will pay me when you have the cash. I was dumbfounded. I couldnt believe my luck. I wouldnt of had a vehicle for work without these guys. I am so grateful for their help and am so happy that their are still honest businesses still out there. If you want someone PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL,HONEST, and full of INTEGRITY, then BILCO is the place to go.

I had a filing cabinet key that was abnormal and I was having a hard time getting a duplicate of. After going to a different locksmith and looking online, I asked a coworker for advice on where to try. With no hesitation I was told "Go to Bilco, theyre great!!" I stopped in. The gentleman behind the counter was able to find a motorcycle key that was similar and cut it down to size. Took it back to the office. The key went in, but didnt turn. Went back 2 days later, a different gentleman redid the key and apologized that I had been charged for a key that didnt work. Both times, the service was extremely prompt and efficient, great customer service. Only complaint is parking is extremely limited in the front of the store and is a little awkward figuring out the first time. Neighboring stores dont share parking, so this is unfortunately outside of Bilcos control.

I had a wonderful experience here! I needed a copy of a transponder key for my car, and they were able to make it for me right on site. This place was the cheapest that I found (it cost $70), but with the quality of the guest service I would have been willing to pay more. They were super nice to work with, and they made the entire copy for me in less than ten minutes, including the car programming time. The nice employees even gave me and my three year old daughter a doughnut, and they gave my little girl a set of spare keys to play with and keep. I was really impressed with the service that I received, and I will use them for all of my lock and key needs from here on out. I was highly impressed.

Wife accidently locked keys in car while running. Called AAA and they sent Bilco to open door. While waiting wife was speaking to AAA when driver called several times. As soon as she was done with AAA she called driver back. He refused to come to her location even though she could see his truck. She explained she had her two kids with her....he hung up on her. She called back and pleaded with him to please open the door. He arrived to her vehicle and still refused to unlock the door and didnt care that she had kids with her. Finally, he said he would open the door if she apologized. Not sure if there has ever been a worse customer experience.

I had a great experience. Several years ago I tried to make a copy of my car key at Lowes and I guess there are certain types of keys that they are not able to copy there. After that I assumed that making a copy was going to be a more complicated and expensive process so naturally I put it off for about three years. After a lost key scare I decided get the copy made. I took it in to Bilco and it honestly took less than a minute and wasnt expensive. Honestly if you ever need a key copied, replaced or made I would save the time trying to hunt someone down at Walmart or Home Depot and just go straight to these guys.

These guys were amazing!! Office was so easy to deal with. I needed a chip key made and called Orem Locksmith. They came out were very rude and wanted to charge me double what Bilco did. When their locksmith came he was super nice and very professional. He came right at the scheduled appointment time. He was able to fix and program the key all in about 20 minutes. The other company said it would take 2 hours of labor. Be careful who you get to come do this stuff for you! So happy with Bilco and their service, I would use them again anytime. Great job :)

Bilcos is an honest business with integrity. You cant find better out there. I have used Bilco Locks twice now, for a key that got stuck in an old car, and a key that has broken in a door lock. On both occasions he was able to fix both and create new keys from manufacturers codes that worked beautifully. If you want new locks; they will be honest with as to whether you really need them or not. They do not sell you things if you do not need them, unless you want them anyway-of course.

Amazing service and company! We will definitely be using their services in the future. My 2 year old son got locked in his bedroom (fortunately he fell asleep), and Bilcos locksmith came out quickly. He went straight to the door and was able to open it in seconds. When I asked how much, he said nothing since it was a kid locked in a room. He wouldnt even take a tip when I offered it to him. They genuinely cared about my family, even though theyd never met me before . Thank you!
