Extraordinary guest service!!!! tonight they went above and beyond to help me out when they easily could have asked me to come back tomorrow. Today my key broke off in my ignition. I was able to get it started with the broken half of the key. Hurry to American to pick up my kids and hustle to alpine lock hoping they closed at 6 or 7. I get there at 5:37 see the 5:30 closing sign and pull on the locked door. Thinking CRAP!!!! One of the guys inside walks to the door and says no worries come on in. (Im sure he secretly regretted it later) as he worked diligently on my car for 45 minutes. Then 2-3 other guys come out to help. My stubborn car finally gave way to their mad skills after well over an hour. Keeping them all after hours. The entire time they had great attitudes. Although Im sure they would have much rather been at home. Thanks again for helping me out. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know!!!

1 star, and 5 stars. When I walked in, two guys six feet away were standing at their work areas, facing me, and neither would look at me though they clearly could see me. There was a girl cleaning up near the front door; not a word from her either. No, "theyll be with you soon, sir" - nothing. After at least FIVE MINUTES I finally interrupted the guys to ask if they could help with a broken door handle spring. One finally looked at me and said hed need about 20 minutes before he could look (it was 30 minutes til closing). Right at closing time, another guy with a goatee walked in, was handed my door handle, and replaced the spring in five minutes. Knowing nothing of my atrocious customer experience thusfar, he smiled and said the only charge was a handshake. From abysmal to outstanding!

I went to Alpine Lock & Safe with a broken key lodged in my car door. They were so patient and willing to get the job done even though closing shop had came and went. I was so pleased with the service and kindness I was given while there. Earlier that day the car starter died and in the end I spent 350$ for the repair. Needless to say I was a bit pinched with money. Alpine Lock & Safe not only got the broken key dislodged, they also re-keyed both my car doors and instead of charging me for the time and labor of that job they only asked me to pay for the new key made. I was so gratful for their kindness and understanding. I can not highly recommend Alpine Lock & Safe enough! Thank you so much!

Bought new levers for my house and they threw in the rekeys for free. The people in their store were so nice and approachable. They helped me understand how to do maintenance on my locks... which I never really thought about before. I also had several keys made for my husband and kids. Not your regular run of the mill keys either. I now have a guitar key, kitty key, and several star wars keys. Alpine Lock is one of those rare stores that the employees want to work at and everyone their greets you with a smile. My experience was a hundred times better than dealing with the cranky and uneducated reps at other hardware stores. 10 Stars from me!

Locked myself out and they saved my day! Only paid $55 for an emergency lockout in Eagle Mountain. I forgot my wallet at home and their Locksmith (Dane) called their office and they said I could call or stop by with a payment. I was really impressed with how they saw my embarrassing predicament and worked with me. Thank you so much! I will definitely use you guys every time I need a locksmith. FYI I was scammed by another company a few months ago that told me $19 for a lockout and ended up charging me $110 once they were on site. Be aware! Make sure you are calling these guys and not some joke out there scamming people.

Locked out of my house today in Highland and had a tech there in 8 minutes! Not only were they fast and professional but I received a confirmation text right after my call that not only told me the name of the tech but gave me a link so I could actually see the GPS info on the tech. I literally watched him drive right to me. I normally hate waiting for service techs but we actually had fun watching him drive right to us. It sure made a big difference for us. Thanks so much Alpine Lock! I will always use you from now on.

I recently went in to Alpine Lock and was taken care of in less than a handful of minutes. They are pros at what they do and make sure you are taken care of. I dont go anywhere for else for Locksmith service. I also have had the pleasure of interacting with them professionally. They participate in a ton of community outreach programs and I have seen them sponsor programs that help local businesses and youth groups. Alpine Lock is a great business with awesome people. Take note! These guys really are the best.

An RCA pin had broken off in the movie speaker, threatening my daughters birthday party. Tried and tried to find a solution to get the pin out; screws, needle from back, etc., with no luck. I thought, "Maybe a locksmith?" On a lark I stopped at Alpine. Never been there before. They found it an interesting challenge and jumped to it. Finally they drilled a couple of micro holes and pushed out the pin. Party was on! I tried to pay, but they refused it. Super impressed. Had to write up this thank you!

I came to Alpine Lock to have a couple keys made the other day and to talk about replacing some hardware on my house. The service i received here was amazing! When I walked into this place it had a great atmosphere and the employees were very friendly, knowledgeable and fast! I would definitely recommend Alpine Lock to all my friends and family. Went there to see if they had a certain kind of safe I was in need of. I spoke with Jed, and he said he had a couple options her could get pricing on and hed call that afternoon. After a couple days of not hearing from him I called back. I ended up calling several times over a period of a few days and Jed was always busy or gone. I left two messages for him and never received a call back. Terrible service for a potential customer. I took my business to another location.

I took my utility truck in to have the locks keyed on the tool box bed, Jed said they were in bad shape but could order me some new ones. He took my number and said he would call me. Middle of the next week I have not heard a price so I call in and leave a message for Jed, over the next few weeks I leave five messages and never get a response even when I tell them how many messages I have left and how long I have waited for a response. Thanks for wasting my time.
