Great service despite a cruddy situation! Orange got me the help at the right time I needed it. After my girlfriends purse was stolen along with her car keys and drivers license. We were stuck having to try to find a place that would work with our situation, while at the same time reasonable in price. I knew going into it this was not going to be cheap. I called around on Sunday to try and find a place. Finally found one but was quickly disappointed. Tried scheduling an appointment with another locksmith who was unorganized, rude (after having to keep them in check), and worse of all never got the job done. Scheduled an appointment for 3:45 and they said no problem. 5:00 rolls around and still no tech. Turned out not to be the techs fault either. Next day I call Orange they got me in touch with a tech (the same tech as the day before) and we were at my car and working on it in like 15 or 20 minutes after that. It further confirmed my disappointment in the other locksmith company and also confirmed the fact that Call Orange is organized and knows what they are doing. Tech arrived in a bright orange vehicle which was nice and easy to spot. Michael is apparent one of very few people that locksmiths call to make keys on site that need programmed. He did a great job of explaining his knowledge and what he knew. Although the job was extremely difficult (took many tries to figure out how to program our key) I know it was only because our vehicle just happened to be one of those vehicles that is hard to make and program a key for. The tech did eventually get it figured out and was nice enough to give us a discount for it taking so long. Definiteley not normal for it to take so long but he stuck around and didnt give up on us. Was even nice enough to offer my girlfriend and I a drink was his lunchbox. We got two keys made by the end of it just in time for my girlfriend to go to work. Big props to Call Orange on this one! I dont normally write reviews or surveys so I plan on pasting this in other reviews in hopes people will see. (Just read the other reviews, those people that say fraud or not helpful, obviously didnt do their research or ask the right questions. You get charged by the hour for labor and then pay for the equipment. How hard is that to understand people? You arent going to pay any less then $150 for a regular easy job no matter where you go.)

This company is a complete rip off. If you notice, the only responses to the reviews are on the 4 or 5 star reviews. We were out of town and my sister needed to get into the house. The key we intended to be out for her was not. We called this company and we were quoted 15 for the service fee and 35 or a little more to have the tech unlock the door. We tried to give them a card number over the phone to charge and they stated that my sister could go ahead and pay with her card when the guy completed the work. The tech that showed didnt even make a key, stated that the lock was difficult to pick (took a whole 5 minutes or less) and proceeded to charge $210 ($29 for the service fee and the rest in labor)! I would have rather broken a window than pay that price. The changed quote was not given to my sister prior to the service being done and then required to be paid in cash only and that he could not take a card. What BS! We called the company to discuss this with a manager. We were told that one would call us within 24 hours. It has now been 4 days past that 24 time frame and we have continued to call and continue to get nothing out of them. What is worse is that when we called to discuss this with them, the company stated that there should have never been a $29 service charge and that the tech could have definitely taken a card. BBB rates this company with C and it should be an F. While talking to a customer service rep. the last phone call, we asked if the techs are employed directly through the company or if they are independent contractors. We were told they were employed directly through the company. Yet after doing additional research, they are independent contractors. This company is a great at providing complete dishonesty.

Very unprofessional!!! I called "CallOrange" to get a quote for my younger brother who locked himself out of my car. I was told that it would be "$79 flat", however, the locksmith charged my brother $138. When I came home and saw the receipt, I immediately called the company to try and get the $79 price honored. According to the dispatcher, the $79 price is only available if they remember to offer it... I was also told that depending on which phone number you call, you might be charged more because they have to pay their advertisers. It took me three weeks of calling almost every day until I finally gave up. Every time I called it was a new excuse. "The manager just went on lunch, the owners are out of town, the manager is in a meeting" etc. I lost count of how many times I called, and how many excuses I was given. Whenever I did get lucky and talk to the manager, I was told that I would receive a confirmation e-mail for my partial refund, and that the refund was processing. Never happened until I threatened them that I would dispute the charge with my bank, and give them poor reviews. The owners should be ashamed of their business, and the employees they have representing it. Do not call these scammers. They take advantage of customers when they are in an emergency situation.

I was locked out of my car on a hot night, and I Googled a locksmith to come out and let me in the car. I was greeted by a rude dispatcher who seemingly had no concern for my problem. She was very short with me, and when asked about pricing, she put me on hold for a long time. I was told someone was going to call me to verify where I was at and I waited another 15 minutes before even receiving a call. I then waited so long that I had to call my friend to bring me the keys and he got here, delivered the keys, and I left before the locksmith even arrived. The locksmith then called me around an hour later and said I must pay a charge for him to come out. The locksmith then was extremely rude to me and I gently explained that I had waited too long and was not willing to pay for bad/no service. The technician then began yelling and hung up on me, and repeatedly spammed my phone with calls. A locksmith should make you feel safe and secure, not threatened. The overall feel of my experience can only be described as completely and utterly professional. I cannot stress how uncomfortable and frustrated I felt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

These guys are a JOKE.... First issue is it took the guy 30 minutes to locate my home. I provided easy directions but he refused to listen to me and drove around the neighborhood trying to find me. After 7 phone calls he finally found me. Once he found me I showed him the lock I needed removed. The lock is a lock for a bike rack to keep the rack attached to my receiver hitch. I was guaranteed on the phone that the lock could be removed. This guy took one look at it and said it had to be cut off. I agreed to have the shaft cut where the lock ends. Not more that a minute later hes back in my garage with a battery operated grinder. He cut the shaft off with a cut-off wheel in 30 seconds and waned $125 for the job. He wasnt here more than 5 minutes. What locksmith make $2500 an hour? I was outraged so he dropped the price to $100. His trip charge was $19 so he should have charged $25.00 for the entire job. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
