Lost my key to my trailer hitch lock, I called, Brian answered told me to bring it to the shop which I did. When I arrived Brian was on a service call, another gent was there, didnt get his name (had a long beard) very polite, went to my truck and he picked the lock in exactly 5 seconds. In and out, very professional along with a very fair price. I will be coming back.

We needed a spare key and remote for our Toyota Tundra. Ace Hardware referred us to Mercury Lock because the keys have a transponder and need to be programd to the trucks computer. As we set comfortably in the store, Brian cut and programed the keys with ease. He also erased the keys that we lost from the trucks memory so they wont work any more. Bonus!!
