Erv came out and changed the locks on the front and garage doors. He called before he came out and I also received a text that allowed me to see where he was and when he would arrive. I had to run out for about 20 min, so that feature was very helpful. He changed out 5 padlocks and had 5 that were all keyed the same. He was extremely helpful with the programming of the new electronic lock. I could not have asked for better service.

Acme was extremely helpful. Not only did they have the most competitive price of any locksmith company I called in the valley (And I called about 12). They were willing to match the dealership price to save me a longer trip up to north Scottsdale. There was a mix-up when my wife had to go in my place and Violet went above and beyond to have it rectified quickly and professionally. This is how customer service should be! 5 Stars!

Big Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The original installers put the lock in backwards causing the lock to appear broken. Other locksmiths told me I would more than likely have to replace the lock wanting to charge me around $450; however, Mike easily identified the actual problem and fixed the lock immediately. I will definitely be calling Acme in the future if I have any other lock issues.

I called them to have my car key programmed and they told me it would be $1500 and if it dont work its not refunded well EVERYWHERE else that same job would be from $80-$200 I personally think the Guy I spoke with didnt know what I ment even after I tried to explain it but I would never tell somebody about this place at all but I will be posting this on my social media so everyone I know does not go here

I ordered a safe through Acme, and received moderate service. They were always eager to help me and answer my questions when i called. But that was the thing, i always had to call them and rarely received a phone call back. Very frustrating, even on the day my safe was supposed to be there, no communication until i called them. They did get me a great price on my safe though.

Excellent experience with ACME Locksmith. Brian arrived on time to our home in Phoenix, and worked quickly to replace the handsets on our exterior doors. One door was non-standard, but he had the necessary parts to make the new knobs fit. The work was done six months ago, and we have had no problems with the doors or locks. Ryan actually showed up about 20 minutes before the scheduled window and my phone wasnt working well so I did not get his calls, but instead of bailing on me he waited at my house for about 40 minutes until I got there so he could do the job.
