The guy who owns this place is a total lifesaver. I was on a driving trip with my two young kids on our way to visit family, and we stopped in Ogden for the night. Somehow my keys vanished. I panicked, called my husband sobbing and hysterical, and he started calling around to see if any locksmiths were in the area who could help at the crack of dawn on a Sunday morning. He called a few different places with no luck and was finally able to get a hold of the Key Man. Not only was he able and willing to come help, he was quick- showed up maybe 10 minutes after we got off the phone. SUCH a nice guy... was very kind and patient with my inquisitive (and probably obnoxious) 5-year-old son. He thoroughly explained each step in a way a kid could understand as he created the new key right on site. I thought his rates were very reasonable and I was able to pay him right on the spot with a credit card. He literally saved the day, and my son is still talking about how cool it was that he got to "help" make a new key for our car. I highly, highly recommend this place, I cant thank them enough.

I lost all the original keys for my 2007 Toyota Camry, which sucked because its super hard to get new, working ignition keys made for a Toyota. Actually, without an original key to disable the security programs in the cars computer its almost impossible! In fact, my car refused to accept the new keys for more than 2 hours. But Glenn did everything he could, including coming to my house, trying multiple methods to get my car to accept the new keys, driving to Salt Lake to get the right supplies, and even staying well past 11pm when he hadnt eaten dinner to get me keys that worked. Even with all the extra, unexpected issues, Glenns prices are UNBEATABLE and he honored the quote he gave me a few days before. Also, hes a really cool guy that chatted with me and explained the entire process as he did it. Id even say I had fun! :) It was great spending an evening with this guy! Tell your friends! Im going to! Time and money well spent! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Oh my heavens! This locksmith saved me and my husband so much time and money! We wanted to get our car re-keyed because one of the keys were stolen and so we went to the dealership, but they were going to charge us around $800. Being newleyweds, my husband and I did not have a ton of money to spend, but then I found this locksmith. They did exactly what we needed for 1/6 of what the dealer was asking and it also only took about an hour max. On top of that they were so friendly and it went by so fast because I was having fun just talking to them as they kept me company while the work was being done. I would highly recommend them!!

My car has been full of problems since taking it to the dealership, and although even after having thoroughly ran every and all diagnostics tests they could & coming to a stalemate, at least now I know what direction to go, and what the problcoming. So when my new part arrives Ill have Glenn and lance back at my house. They were awesome & very knowledgeable in the industry, answered all my questions & were honestly the best help Ive had since these problems started a month ago. As a manager for a business its important for me to see a quick response in a company as my time is already cut short. This company did a fantastic job setting up a new lock. Did a great job explaining what options we had with a breakdown in pricing and was done within 15 min from start to finish. Definitely recommend this company. Of course getting things done always feels expensive but I would have to say it wasnt a bad price either. Thanks to the service these guys provided I know who Ill use at work and at home.

Glen and Petra are good people. I took our Mazda 5 into them to purchase a new keyfob and our cars immobilizer was all screwed up with our original key. He stayed late and fixed our issue after a lot of work with his computer in order to re-program our key. He gave us a new chip at no charge, and got us up and running, meanwhile potentially saving us a lot of money at the dealer, and all at a reasonable price. Thanks to you both for being honest and providing a wonderful service for my family.

When I was in the area on business I lost the keys to my 2015 Lexus. After calling locksmith after locksmith and being told sorry we cant to that. You know your dealing with incredible customer service, when this gentleman drives over to unlock your car after business hours and then refuses to accept any $ for his time and hassle. Glen is awesome. I was up in Huntsville on vacation and he came in on Saturday evening and saved me. Hes the most expert and fair locksmith you can get. Spent $125 (during an emergency) on a programmable car key when other guys wanted over $200 for the same. Recommend without doubt.
